北京7年投2亿防控艾滋病 已建立329个检测点
2010年至2017年，本市财政共投入2亿余元经费，开展艾滋病预防控制工作，以及患者的免费用药供应。世界艾滋病日前夕，北京市疾控中心相关负责人通报了本市艾滋病疫情的数据：北京现存活感染者及病人共17476人，性传播仍为首要传播途径。值得关注的是，青少年感染者和病人占据相当比例，截至今年10月底，本市累计报告学生感染者1296例，86所在京学校或培训机构报告过感染者或病人。
据介绍，本市自1985年报告全国首例艾滋病病例以来，截至日，累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者及病人共25648例，其中本市户籍5727例，外省市户籍19146例，外籍人员775例，分别占22.34%、74.65%和3.02%。目前全市现存活感染者及病人共17476人，主要分布在朝阳、海淀、丰台3个区，占全市报告总数的57.74%。今年1至10月，本市新报告感染者及病人3053例，感染者2443例，病人610例，较去年同期下降了2.62%。
北京市卫计委相关负责人透露，2010年至2017年，本市财政共投入2亿余元经费，开展艾滋病预防控制工作，以及患者的免费用药供应。同时，“十二五”、“十三五”期间，市科委也加大了对艾滋病立项，开展了艾滋病防控策略、诊断试剂研发、临床诊治技术及功能性治愈等26项研究，投入近3660万元。
截至目前，本市已建立了246家艾滋病筛查实验室，11家艾滋病确证实验室，329个检测点，99.4%的社区卫生服务中心具备开展艾滋病、梅毒抗体快速检测能力。率先利用“互联网+艾滋病多元化检测”模式，在男男同性性人群、高校中开展试点并推广。2017年疫情估计结果显示本市艾滋病感染者/病人发现率达到83.3%。
此外，本市还积极为海洛因成瘾者提供社区美沙酮药物维持治疗，自2013年起，接受治疗的人员中，已连续4年未发现艾滋病新发感染。经静脉吸毒感染艾滋病病毒的比例由2011年的6.5%降至2017年的1.47%。同时，全面推行“艾滋病抗病毒治疗转诊绿色通道”工作，简化了艾滋病病患入组治疗流程，病人发现到治疗的时间从2011年的100天缩短到10.3天，治疗覆盖率达到88.2%。艾滋病的英文怎么说_沪江英语学习网网页版学习工具 &

official proclamation on World AIDS Day. Governments of other nations have

　　AIDS has killed more than 25 million people between 1981 and
2007, and an estimated 33.2 million people worldwide live with HIV as of 2007,
making it one of the most destructive epidemics in recorded history. Despite
recent, improved access to antiretroviral treatment and care in many regions of
the world, the AIDS epidemic claimed an estimated 2 million lives in 2007, of
which about 270,000 were children。
　　Started in 1988, World AIDS Day is not just about raising
money, but also about raising awareness, education and fighting prejudice. World
AIDS Day is also important in reminding people that HIV has not gone away, and
that there are many things still to be done。
　　World AIDS Day 2010 is all about raising awareness to tackle
HIV prejudice and help stop the spread of HIV。

　　The Red Ribbon is an international symbol of AIDS awareness
that is worn by people all year round and particularly around world AIDS day to
demonstrate care and concern about HIV and AIDS, and to remind others of the
need for their support and commitment。
　　The red ribbon started as a "grass roots" effort, and as a
result there is no official red ribbon, and many people make their own. To make
your own ribbons, get some ordinary red ribbon, about 1.5 cms wide and cut it
into strips about 15 cms long. Then fold at the top into an inverted "V" shape
and put a safety pin through the centre which you use to attach the ribbon to
your clothing。
