之前跟大家说过，插入语做名词解释的时候才可以使用。黄山、华山、泰山这三篇文章基本都符合这个特点，但是这三篇文章的插入语不同。关于华山的翻译，译法很多，你想写成什么都行，不会有老师因为这个写的不对扣你分的。华山是秦岭的一部分，不会写秦岭，也没有关系，怎么样翻译都是可以的。除非有一些特殊的，长城不能写成汉语拼音的长城，黄河也不行。要把句子变成插入语的模式比较难，大家会发现这里插入了两个（located in Huayin City, 120 kilometers away from Xi&an），插入语不止可以插入两个，随便几个都是可以的。这里的which代替的是秦岭，所以这个句子特别高级，既使用了插入语，也使用了定语从句，插入语或者定语从句至少得会用一个。关于这点我认为主题一般压不中，主题这个东西对同学来说也没有什么意义，即使你知道今年考华山，你也不知道具体考什么。但记住句式肯定没有错。所以前天，我发了一篇高等教育的文章，看似没有关系，但形式是一样的。各位同学看一下，相对来说比较简单的做法是这样的，Higher education is one of the most important parts of the education system, which usually includes learning, teaching and research activities at a high level, and also various education institutions. 马上把第一句话一模一样的写下来。如果你会写名词解释型的句子，只要写完名词以后，想都不要想直接加一个逗号，它的作用是替换了系动词。双逗号做一个插入语，可以叫同位语，也可以叫插入语，都是可以的。下面是泰山位于山东省西部。海拔1500余米，方圆约400平方公里。这个是超土超实用的写法。这句话怎么写呢？Taishan Mountain, located in the west part of Shandong Province, is about 1500m high and 400 square kilometers big，不会写海拔没有关系，不会写方圆无所谓，写big或high都可以，其他的基本上都会。华山过去很少有人光临，因为上山的道路极其危险，与从前人们朝拜的泰山不同。这里我们应该先写泰山，再写人们从前常去，写任何一个动词之前都要考虑它和主语之间的关系，到底是主动关系还是被动关系。中华人民共和国成立了，这个在汉语里没有问题，但是在英语里中华人民共和国是自己成立的吗？是被成立的。所以华山一定是被光临的，然后上山的道路极其危险。先说上山还是先说道路，这个事得先想清楚。接着下面，调整语序很重要，华山是中国主要旅游目的地之一，然后下面是定语从句，再往下说也是摄影和传统中国化最受欢迎的主题。写任何一个动词的时候都要先考虑清楚是主动还是被动问题。华山过去很少有人光临，华山是被光临，所以这个事你要想清楚，教育体制改革是被深化，华山是被光临。所以这种被动语态经常考察，全都是隐藏，什么要出口货物，货物怎么出口呢？商业中心能自己形成吗？全是被动语态。&然而，希望长寿的人都经常上山。&如果你还想写希望长寿的人，一定先写人再希望长寿。然后是因为山上生长着许多药草，特别是一些稀有的药草。药草、长寿怎么变成简单词？不会写的时候学着做拆分，然后合到一起，药草和长寿在这里的准确表达分别是herb和longevity。关于&黄山&的这篇文章：这里有很多温泉，其泉水有助于治疗皮肤病。希望长寿的人，先说人，再说希望长寿。然后我们说山上生长着许多药草，就是山上有许多药草，药用will be句型。这里有许多温泉，这里一定要用there be句型。温泉有多种说法，若不会写，泉可以写spring，也可以用自己的表达，比如：hot water。再来看其泉水有助于，这时候可以用非限制性定语从句。这四个词：这、该、起、此，在汉语里都是一个意思，就是&这&，所以其泉水，就是这泉水，用which表达。自上世纪90年代安装缆车以来，参观人数大大增加。缆车是自己安装的吗？不是，是被安装的的，要注意这里一定要是被动语态。上世纪90年代，20世纪80年代，1980s就可以了。最后再说几句。第一，单词不会写不是你写不出来翻译的理由。比如说有好几种方法，第一种叫由难到简。第二，主题真的不重要。例如：中国文化博大精深，这人很当人心驰神往。再有中国股市忽高忽低，让人怎怎么样，这完全是一个考点，句式记住比什么都强。不要纠结主题。今天考不考共享单车，考不考一带一路？都没有关系的。第三，你差？大家都差不多的。你不要觉得自己差，只要上过课的同学句式写的都差不多。

抄范文女儿中考作文得8分 父告教育部门求“复议”
　　为了写好作文，多背范文，在许多学校常用的这样一种语文学习方法，引发了一桩官司。
　　近日，滨湖法院审理了一起民告官案件，原告王某的女儿在今年中考语文考试中，将范文稍稍改动写成作文，被中考阅卷组列为严重抄袭文章，评分8分，语文科目总分为61分。王某对此成绩有异议，向教育部门申请行政复议，要求阅卷，并由教育部门重新评定得分，申请被拒绝后，他将教育部门告上了法庭。
　　近日，滨湖区法院一审驳回了王某的诉讼请求。据了解，目前王某已向市中院提起上诉。
　　案件回放　中考作文被认定抄袭只给8分
　　“中考语文总分130分，我女儿只得了61分。而此前她的三次模拟考试语文成绩平均在110分以上，几乎每个学期都是三好学生。”今年8月，在本地一个网络论坛上，王某发帖表示对女儿的中考语文成绩不信服。目前，王某女儿已在无锡一所中专就读。
　　经法院审理查明，中考成绩公布后，王某就委托其女儿所就读中学向教育考试部门查分，复核成绩为61分。之后，王某作为申请人，先后向省、市教育部门提出行政复议申请，均被作出《不予受理决定》。8月29日，省教育厅作出答复，认为无锡教育部门没有重新评定2014年中考语文成绩的法定职责，中考阅卷评分属于学业评价行为，不是具体行政行为，王某的申请事项不属于行政复议范围，故决定驳回王某的行政复议申请。
　　教育部门表示，2014年无锡市中考语文阅卷组认定王某女儿的中考作文抄袭优秀作文《我从脚下出发》，并依据中考作文评分标准给予了相应的8分，未认定其属考试作弊，也未作出处罚。
　　7月24日，王某将市教育部门告上法庭，请求撤销《不予受理决定》。滨湖法院认为，王某提出的行政复议申请事项，均不属于《行政复议法》规定的行政复议范围。王某认为其女儿的受教育权利受到侵犯，在行政复议程序中直接要求阅卷，并要求教育部门直接履行对中考作文重新评定的法定职责，于法无据，不予支持，驳回王某的诉讼请求。
　　教师观点　背范文阻碍了学生的独立思考
　　抛开行政法理纠葛，此案暴露的作文教育“背范文”的弊病，引发了许多教师和家长的热议。
　　一位学生家长透露，他儿子今年高考时，因语文套用作文模版仅得了5分，“吃了大亏”，最终与梦想的高校擦肩而过。现在虽然成功申请了国外大学，但心里甚是遗憾，希望广大学生引以为戒，诚实写作才是应考的最佳策略。
　　省锡中一位高二语文教师发现，高一上学期，她班上大多数学生有生搬硬套名言名句的习惯，花了大半学期才引导大家改变了习惯。现在，语文老师们批改学生作文时，看到有眼熟、有“嫌疑”的好句子，大多会上网百度一下，看学生是否抄袭，然后针对具体情况评分或引导教育。她感慨：“让学生背范文，就是在阻碍学生独立思考。”现在许多孩子没有独立观察、独立思考、独立表达的能力和习惯，学生作文“模式化”，跟功利性的应试教育体制有很大关系。
　　网友评论　“投机取巧”对其他考生不公平
　　网友“wxzm88”说，事实是个别老师和学校为追求好成绩，怂恿孩子投机取巧。殊不知风险和机遇并存，这种背范文的做法其实也是对其他考生极大的不公平。
　　网友“温情水”吐槽说：如今市场上，作文培训和家教太多，良莠不齐，有的就教孩子们背二三十篇范文模版，这种简单、图利的教育后果令人担忧。家长们觉得背了那么多范文，总归能用上得高分，有捷径为什么不走?这种思想恰恰给了“投机取巧”的作文培训很大的市场。
　　网友“足天下”则表示：坚决支持中考阅卷组的正确处理，不让想用窃取别人果实、骗取高分的考生得逞，这是对所有考生的公平、公正。只要是受过教育的人都会清楚地知道，抄袭是不道德的行为。(记者　马雪梅)
