在循证医学版潜水很久，也看了100问，但真正操作起来还是会不断碰到问题，希望大家给予针对性解答，不要拍砖说上100问多看看之类的话，就当我这是101问吧，好了，我的问题是：给Cochrane协作组发了邮件，申请注册题目，对方回信说让我自己去网站看，既没有对我的题目提问，也没有发表格给我，原话如下：Thanks for the email - our website contains instructions on how to register a title with the group. Please go to 我在循证版学了好久，觉得是不是自己先把表格发过去呢？还是应该先怎么做？谢谢解答！

如果连HANDBOOK(系统评价手册)都没看过, 就去cochrane协作网注册, 这是很危险的一件事情. 结果是要么半途而废, 要么是做出的SR不规范. 除非你对注册的题目及自己的能力比较有把握, 不然不要去注册, 否则就像吴老说的那样, 这是在丢中国人的脸. 可以想像, 如果国内很多人去注册了, 很多人做了两三年做不出来, 放弃了, 那么以后再有国人去注册, 协作网一看到注册人来自中国, 可能就会拒绝注册。 可能说的严重了, 但据吴老说过, 国内有人(好像还是华西的)曾经注册了一个题目, 做了好久, 后来嫌cochrane协作网回应太慢（该兄弟是要等着发论文毕业的），就把文章发投到别的杂志了（cochrane协作网有规定，在协作网注册的SR必须保证首先在协作网上发表，然后才能申请投其他杂志），这位仁兄还写了封信到他所注册的cochrane协作组，说因为你们回应太慢了我等不及所以文章投别处了，结果就是该协作组决定再不接受来自中国的注册，特别是研究生的。所以如果你注册了，那么请注意你是以一个中国人的名义注册的，而不是你自己。注册后做的好坏，不只关系到你自己能不能发SCI，还关系到整个国家医务人员科研的形象。所以建议LZ先研读下HANDBOOK（现在最新是5.0版），里面有关于cochrane协作网的工作流程、系统评价的详细做法（非常详细，基本每个小步骤都写到了），如果读通HANDBOOK了，我觉得不去华西都可以做出非常规范的SR。

cheerio,我也是新手，但已经摸索着走过你这一步了。首先你要确定你的题目是哪个专业组的，然后和该专业组的联系人发邮件，邮件中附上你的拟定题目，如果你的题目还没有人做过而且对方感兴趣，然后就可以受到对方发的title register 表格，表格的填法详见HANDBOOK，所以绕了一圈，我的回答和上面各位一样，就是你要通读handbook。不知这样解答你满意吗？也请园中高手指正！

把你的题目写在邮件里发到题目所属的协作组就行了.当然还要加些问好和3Q之类的.

由于没有时间去华西系统学习，所以只好在这里咨询版里的高手，最好能手把手教一下，但发帖子几天了，还是没有人给予认真、详细、针对性的解答，有的也只是笼统的回答，不够热情，说句难听的话，是不是怕教会大家都会做系统评价了啊，难怪循证版越来越冷了，悲哀！

Please go to 我在循证版学了好久，觉得是不是自己先把表格发过去呢？还是应该先怎么做？谢谢解答！2楼土蚂蚁已经回答你问题了。协作网上是分了很多专业组的（review groups)，比如心血管疾病组、肾脏疾病组等等，要注册的话得找到相应的review group 注册。从这句话看our website contains instructions on how to register a title with the group你可能不是按review group来注册的，所以才建议你先熟悉注册流程。还是上面那句话，想注册最好还是先看懂HANDBOOK再注册。

我的题目是呼吸组的，但从国外编辑专业组提供给我的网站上找不到title register表格，然后我就在其它组上找了个表格，尽管事先知道可能每个组的申请表格不完全相同，但苦于实在找不到就还是发了过去，结果对方说不是这个，让我再找。也读了Handbook5版，实在是很长，就读得相对较粗，好像上面对这个也是笼统的说法，你想，手册里也不可能将所有组的表格全放上去的，是不是？故还请版主和高手们指导，万事开头难啊，呵呵！

先给相应 review group 的负责人写信, 告诉他你想注册的题目, 征求他的意见, 问这个题目是否能在他专业组注册, 如果他觉得可以, 会给你发一份 title registeration form. 一般这个过程快则一至三天, 慢则可能一周以上.

呵呵，感谢甫寸版主将我的问题推荐到丁香园首页，我已看到，相信会引起更多战友的关注，也许这也是每个想作系统评价的人想得到答案的问题，甫寸版主是位很热心的版主，私底下咨询过多次，总是不厌其烦的给予解答；同时也感谢newordearen的几次回答，关于最后一次答复，其实想说的是，我已给编辑发过几封邮件，都得到了回答，其中两次的原信内容如下：The website contains a resources page (see the left hand column) which houses a title registration form. Please fill this out and return this to me. Unfortunately I need a title registration form from you before we can register a title. This is a title registration form for the Cochrane Renal Group and I am the managing editor of the Cochrane Airways Group. I am sorry but I am unable to assist you further. 对方既然这么说了“Unfortunately I need a title registration form from you before we can register a title. I am sorry but I am unable to assist you further”，因为不好意思老麻烦人家，所以一直在相关网页苦苦地找这个form，但总是没进展，有一种山穷水尽的感觉。呵呵，注册丁香园以来第一次有帖子被推荐到论坛首页和置顶，发个纪念图吧......

年做了一个随机对照双盲研究，准备投稿，杂志要求给出临床随机试验的登记号 ，可中国哪有登记号啊。怎么办？谢谢Trials must register at or before the onset of patient enrolment. The clinical trial registration number should be included at the end of the abstract of the article.

为什么我的注册表发出去2个月了，还是没有回信。我曾经和编辑联系过，他说正在装修，没办法上网，让我在等等。这到底是怎么回事啊。我没有经验，添的注册表格有些简单了，是不是这样不行啊，一定要写的和protocol差不多才可以吗？

有些组就是不知道什么原因回复比较慢，可能对你的题目不敢兴趣或真的比较忙。我当时向四个专业组申请注册，有两个现在还没回信，而有一个十天就注册成功了，另外一个说重合。要么再等等，要么换个题目向另外的组申请。

Identifying and measuring heterogeneity异质性It is important to consider to what extent the results of studies are consistent. If confidence intervals for the results of individual studies (generally depicted graphically using horizontal lines) have poor overlap, this generally indicates the presence of statistical heterogeneity. More formally, a statistical test for heterogeneity is available. This chi-squared (χ2, or Chi2) test is included in the forest plots in Cochrane reviews. It assesses whether observed differences in results are compatible with chance alone. A low P value (or a large chi-squared statistic relative to its degree of freedom) provides evidence of heterogeneity of intervention effects (variation in effect estimates beyond chance). Care must be taken in the interpretation of the chi-squared test, since it has low power in the (common) situation of a meta-analysis when studies have small sample size or are few in number. This means that while a statistically significant result may indicate a problem with heterogeneity, a non-significant result must not be taken as evidence of no heterogeneity. This is also why a P value of 0.10, rather than the conventional level of 0.05, is sometimes used to determine statistical significance. A further problem with the test, which seldom occurs in Cochrane reviews, is that when there are many studies in a meta-analysis, the test has high power to detect a small amount of heterogeneity that may be clinically unimportant. Some argue that, since clinical and methodological diversity always occur in a meta-analysis, statistical heterogeneity is inevitable (Higgins 2003). Thus the test for heterogeneity is irrelevant to th heterogeneity will always exist whether or not we happen to be able to detect it using a statistical test. Methods have been developed for quantifying inconsistency across studies that move the focus away from testing whether heterogeneity is present to assessing its impact on the meta-analysis. A useful statistic for quantifying inconsistency is
,where Q is the chi-squared statistic and df is its degrees of freedom (Higgins 2002, Higgins 2003). This describes the percentage of the variability in effect estimates that is due to heterogeneity rather than sampling error (chance).
Thresholds for the interpretation of I2 can be misleading, since the importance of inconsistency depends on several factors. A rough guide to interpretation is as follows: 0% to 40%: mi30% to 60%: may represent moderate heterogeneity*;50% to 90%: may represent substantial heterogeneity*;75% to 100%: considerable heterogeneity*.*The importance of the observed value of I2 depends on (i) magnitude and direction of effects and (ii) strength of evidence for heterogeneity (e.g. P value from the chi-squared test, or a confidence interval for I2).此部分谈到了I方的数字与异质性大小的关系，部分有重叠，可供参考。
