materials letters 投稿求助
前两天投了一篇文章给material letters .几天之后编辑部给我发了一份邮件，大家帮我看看你，该怎么弄！！！！一件全文如下：
Dear Dr. Li,
Your submission entitled &********* Morphology via the********* Method& has been received by Materials Letters.
However, before we can proceed with your submission we ask you to address the following:
Langauge : PASS
Technical :
1. A minimum of two of the keywords is to be chosen from the list of fixed keywords that can be found at the end of the Guide for Authors.
2. All the pages should be numbered sequentially in the Manuscript of your submission.
3. The corresponding author name provided on the first page of the manuscript is different from the name you added during the Add Authors submission step. Kindly edit the submission and provide the correct information in all documents.
Please log onto Elsevier Editorial System as an Author:
1. Go to the menu item &Submissions/Revisions Sent Back to Author&.
2. Click &Edit Submission/Revision&.
3. Click on the relevant submission step on the left-
4. Provide or modify the item/information as requested.
5. Go to &Attach Files& and &Build PDF for my Approval&.
6. View and Approve your new PDF file including the changed item(s), or if needed, Edit again.
Once you have made the changes/corrections as required and resubmitted your manuscript, we will again check your manuscript for adherence to technical criteria. Passing this is not a guarantee that your submission will subsequently proceed to the peer review process, which is a decision to be made at the sole discretion of the journal editor.
* Please note that submissions not returned to us within two months will be removed without further warning!

PLEASE NOTE: Materials Letters would like to enrich online articles by displaying interactive figures that help the reader to visualize and explore your research results. Elsevier will generate interactive figures from these files and include them with the online article on SciVerseScienceDirect. If you wish, you can submit .FIG files along with your revised submission.

按照他的意思第一题哦选关键词，这是必须选么？&&我怎么记得我选了啊 ，是不是选的关键词必须也要在文章里写进去？？？第二个是要在每页加页码么？？怎么加，页码加载什么位置 ？？ 第三个是投稿时输入的通讯作者和稿件通讯作者不符？？& & 还有若要添加双通讯联系人，该如何操作？？改好后如何重新上传文件？？ 第一次的文件如何删除呢&&？？

论文要连续编行号？该如何操作？？& &不甚感激&&！
页面设置里有行号，添加就行
1. 你从表里选择的关键词，要添加到论文的关键词中，
2.行号，WORD可以添加
第一步，打开Word文档，选择“视图”→“页面”命令把当前文档设置为页面模式。这一点很重要，其他模式是看不到这个效果的。
　　第二步，在打开的Word文档中用鼠标选中要添加行号的段落。
　　注：如果要给整篇文章加上行号，或者希望在文章输入过程中自动添加行号，则无需此步骤。
　　第三步，选择“文件”菜单下“页面设置”命令，打开“页面设置”对话框，并单击“版式”标签。
　　第四步，在“版式”选项卡中找到最下面的“预览”设置部分，在“应用于”选项根据自己的要求选择“整篇文档”或“所选文字”。
　　注：如果没有在文档中选择任何文字，则不会出现“所选文字”项。
　　第五步，单击下面的“行号”按钮，出现“行号”设置对话框。首先选中“添加行号”复选框，然后根据自己的要求设置“起始编号”和“行号间隔”。其中“距正文”用来设置行号与其正文之间的距离；“编号方式”中选择是“每页重新编号”、“每节重新编号”还是“连续编号”；最后单击“确认”按钮退出“行号”设置。
　　第六步，单击“确认”按钮退出“页面”设置。此时你就会看到行号出现在正文的左边。
3. 修改后，进入投稿版面，重新进行投稿，原来的数据，没有显示，重新输入，搞好后，看看PDF，仔细检查一下。
最后一个问题，双通讯联系人怎么弄?录的过程中好像只能放一个通讯联系人……不管再怎么样……真心谢谢你
