1.做调查是十分必要的
你必须想办法搞清楚以下问题：
是什么让这个公司的工作和工作氛围如此吸引你？

你喜欢他们的团队合作或者自我主导的工作氛围吗？
还是你对他们运用的技术和工具感兴趣？
事先熟悉下公司官网上“About us”板块的介绍绝对是必要的。

2.了解公司的文化
熟悉公司的使命（mission statement）和核心价值。了解公司文化，要知道怎样去适应，准备好让自己投入到他们的事业中。
3.要给 HR 留下深刻的印象
你想要加入他们公司的理由是合理的，准备好应对他们的挑战，并且为过渡到新的工作中做好了万全的准备，这样你才能从竞争者中脱颖而出。
挖掘自己的教育背景、实习经历中所有符合公司文化、符合所应聘岗位的信息，告诉面试者你对工作是有选择性/对岗位是经过深思熟虑的，如何进入公司，你可以在最短的时间内适应，发挥你的所长。让 HR 觉得你就是他们团队一直找的人。

其他相关推荐对于初试已经通过的小伙伴而言，在经过短暂的休息之后，最重要的莫过于复试的准备了。而根据教育部相关的政策文件显示，要求各大高校强化对复试的考核。因此，启道教育特别提醒广大考生，考博复试同样也是每年考研的小伙伴需要参加的重头戏，千万不能够随意掉以轻心。今天就和专业的复试老师一起看看那些人在复试中最容易被淘汰，考博复试中，又有哪些新的变化？我们的考生又该如何应对呢？
每年在参加考博复试的考生里，有20%的初始合格考生在复试中被淘汰。
这些考生最有可能是以下三类：
一是初试成绩虽然不错，报考同一研究方向或导师的上线学生也不多，但在复试中出现较大问题的考生。比如严重缺乏专业知识背景，试验技能太差无法进行试验，面试表现太差等。
二是报考同一导师的上线人数超过录取人数，初试成绩与其他报考同一导师的考生的初试成绩相比差一大截，并且没有其他特别优势的考生。因为现在考博的录取仍然先考虑第一志愿，其次才考虑成绩、能力优劣。这样有的上线考生虽然成绩并不怎么好，但由于报考这一研究方向或导师的上线人数较少，所以被录取，甚至占公费指标。
三是初试成绩不好，复试成绩也不突出，综合成绩倒数排名，又报考热门专业的考生。这个也因校而异，有的学校只要初试成绩上线，复试中无大的问题，报考该导师的同学就此一位就会被录取。

俗话说的好，知己知彼百战百胜，既然知道了哪三类人容易在考研复试中被淘汰，那么我们必须就要从现在开始准备策略了。
策略一：把握调剂黄金时期广泛撒网
初试过后，考生应积极打听分数以及自己的排名情况。尽早确定自己是否能进入复试，以免贻误调剂时间。每年都有一些同学自认为自己分数不错，没有考虑复试问题，更没有调剂的打算，当排挤出列后连调剂都来不及了。一般三四月份许多网站上会有专门发布调剂信息，如果你符合一些学校的调剂条件，就可以马上电话咨询或信件联系，向所报考学校研招办问询他们是否可以推荐调剂。广泛撒网，就会多点机会。
策略二：尽快掌握报考学校复试情况
如果觉得自己能进入复试的同学，那就一定要赶紧做两件事来准备复试了。第一是买参考书和历年真题，第二是上网找信息。信息是非常重要的，尤其是面试，考什么，怎么考，都只有通过往届生才能了解。考生要尽早登录报考学校的网站，关注该校的复试办法，包括复试时间、地点、考官和复试细则等。大部分学校的复试办法一般在每年国家复试分数线公布前后出台。考生可以参考报考学校去年的复试办法做相应准备。考生还要明确该校复试的指定书目，可向上届师兄师姐询问复试范围，并到所报考学校的网站论坛及研究生考试类的网站论坛搜集相关信息。
策略三：了解导师学术方向联系导师
复试中至关重要的一环是综合面试，面试中导师组会考察考生的专业知识与思维能力，这往往决定对一个人的取舍，因此在复试之前与导师取得联系成为考生的重要筹码。联系导师前，考生可以在网上搜索导师发表的文章，了解其学术方向和重点研究问题。与导师初次联系时，则可询问相关复试程序问题，表达你对该专业的极大热情与前沿的关注程度，并有跟随他的强烈愿望。导师最喜欢的学生莫过于踏实认真且有创新精神，在沟通期间面试时切忌不懂装懂，要始终保持谦逊，注意创新，展现自己的真实实力和真正性格。有的导师会问读研后的费用问题，考生应表明以后会全身心投入到研究工作中，不会在读博期间出现兼职之类的影响学业的事。
策略四：专业课立足基础关注前沿
专业课考试的出题的题目一般不会超出参考书的范围。而对于重要的知识点，很可能从不同的角度出题，在历年的考试中反复出现。
