歌者相和,舞者蹈 & & & & & & & & &——大庆市初中语文何伟工作室专题研修侧记(通讯员/张旭日报道)7月10日上午,大庆市基础教育干部在职提高专题培训班与初中语文何伟工作室在大庆四中阶梯教室联合举办了一场专项培训,该培训旨在传递“语文味”这一教育教学思想,分享语文教学中令人欢愉的魅力,激发教师对丰富课堂教学手段的思考,提升教师的专业素养。本次培训的邀请到大庆一中初中语文教师、何伟工作室助理,全国教育课改优秀教师、“十一五”课题优秀实验教师张岩老师作为主讲嘉宾,她所著《荒原中的舞者——程少堂语文教育思想研究》一书,从社会时代背景、学者个性特征等方面全方位解析了语文味的理念和这一教学流派诞生的相关背景,此次分享也是从实践角度与大家共同探讨这种教学理念在授课过程中产生的心得体会及现实意义,具有很强的启发性和指导性。“语文味已经在沿海地区的学校得到了非常普遍的应用,也将是未来语文教学发展的趋势。”张岩老师说道,“关于语文味这一界定还有重要的一点需要强调:语文味是文本、教师、学生和教学手段等要素在动态中形成的一种和谐的整体美,所以教学中一定包含教师的教学个性和学生的学习个性,如果缺乏这些个性因素,仅仅教出工具性和人文性的统一,语文味不一定有或者不一定浓。”两个多小时的时间里,张岩老师从理论到实践,从教学研究到发散思考,从思维导图到名著推荐,深入浅出,旁征博引,带领大家在有限的时间里透彻的理解了语文味这一独树一帜的思想,用对教学事业执著的爱以及精湛的专业知识、广阔的视野、高度的站位、深入的研究为大家打开了一扇通往广博的教育空间的大门。“有幸参加里此次学习,让我去思考一名教书匠和一个教育家的差别,同样的工作,不同的人生境界,也让我明白了什么才是不跪着教书的意义。”一名学员如是说。要有渊博的知识,要有对学生的爱,要有敏锐的学术思维、更要有诲人不倦的工作态度,这次学习在开拓视野的同时更为这些骨干教师注入了深入钻研的动力,让我们的教师在未来的工作中继续勇往直前,共同搭建一个修德育能的神圣殿堂。
