时间紧急，所以请各位知道的战友告诉我一声。
我大专是04年毕业，成人教育08年本科毕业，05年通过助理医师，07年通过执业医师，但是因为某种原因我是09年才注册的。
以下是报考中级的条件
& && & 　　（1）遵守中华人民共和国的宪法和法律；　　（2）遵守《中华人民共和国执业医师法》，并取得执业医师资格；　　（3）具备良好的医德医风和敬业精神；　　（4）已实施住院医师规范化培训的医疗机构的医师须取得该培训合格证书。其中第二条是说拿到执业医师资格证书就能报名的，并不需要按注册时间算起。请问，我到底多少年报名?多少年考试？一般报名时间大概是几月份？考试时间又是几月份？

以上条件只是一部分
除具备上述规定的基本条件外，还必须具备下列条件之一：
（一）取得医学中专学历，受聘担任医师职务满7年。
（二）取得医学大专学历，从事医师工作满6年。
（三）取得医学本科学历，从事医师工作满4年。
（四）取得临床医学硕士专业学位，从事医师工作满2年。
（五）取得临床医学博士专业学位。
报名时间应该：2007年+6年/4年
报名时间一般在每年的12月份或1月份
考试时间在每年的5月份
你的意思就是只要按资格证得签发时间算起&&而不是按注册执业证的时间算起对吧& &谢谢了

职称考试不管你什么时候考的执业医师只要有就行&&中级是看你的初级取得的时间 中专学历，受聘担任医师职务满7年&&大专学历，从事医师工作满6年 本科学历，从事医师工作满4年&&执业医师好像相当于初级&&关键是看你什么原因没注册 可别是违法乱纪 那就黄了

The passage points out three feasible theories about how agnostids may have lived while the professor asserts all of these theories have weaknesses.
First and foremost,the reading material claims that the agnostids could be predators that hunted smaller animals like other types of primitive arthropods.Nevertheless,the professor contends that predators ususlly have large and well developed eyes while the agnostids had tiny and poor developed eyes.If they were predators,they should have other special sensor organs.However,such special organs have yet to be found.So this theory is sort of inconvincing.
Additionally,the passage asserts that agnostids could be seafloor dwellers that survived by scavenging dead organisms.On the contrary,the professor points out that,seafloor dwellers ususlly couldn't move fast and are unable to spread to the new geographic area in general.However,the agnostids were found in multipe geographic areas and in fact,they could move from one place to another pretty fast.So they can't be seafloor dwellers.
Finally,the reading material holds the idea that agnostids are likely to be parasites,living on and feeding off large organisms.Nevertheless,the professor argues that parasites usually have a small population because too many parasites would kill the host'organs.In fact,the agnostids had a large population and we have already found vast fossilized agnostids individuals.Therefore ,the agnostids couldn't be parasites for they had such a large population.
It is inevitable for the meeting leader to commit some mistakes when holding a meeting,but here is the thing:what should we do as a student or as a inferior in such a scenario.A small propotion of people would choose to remain silence and quite a few people prefer to interrupt and correct mistakes right away.From my perspective,contacting with the leader about the controversial issues after the meeting is a more feasible solution especially when the following reasons are taken into consideration.
First and foremost,ignoring the mistakes commited by leaders might compromise the benefits of the whole team.It is unwise to remain silence under such circumstance for our first priority as a employer is the overall benefits of the whole company.To name a good example,my uncle Jim.He was dismissed by his supervisor in that he did nothing when his supervisor channelled their program into the wrong direction.He did so for he was not secure about himself and then it turned out that the program failed and all of his team members had to leave the company.Obviously,tragedies like that could be avoided if there are more communication between leader and team members.
Additonally,interrupting and correcting the mistakes immediately is a risky choice.It is not rare to see superiors who want to maintain a good image on their subordinates.As for them,Pointing out their weaknesses and problems in public could be translated into disrespect.My friend Lee,among various examples,efficiently supports my viewpoints.He graduated from a famous college and went into a Internet company last year.On a regular meeting,he pointed out that his supervisor misremembered a product parameter.He didn't mean any offense,nevertheless,his supervisor thought he was showing off his expertise.Unfortunately,this might exert negtive impact on his career development.
All in all,when compared with the other two methods,talking to the leader after the meeting not only shows your respect to the superior,but also is beneficial to the whole company,not to mention that it saves a lot of time and much more efficently address the problems.Consequently,I will go for this solution for it is relatively considerate than the other two choices.
