{"database":{"Post":{"":{"title":"街头极限健身,最会用肌肉的一群人","author":"ob-echo","content":"图为2013莫斯科街头健身超级世界杯决赛中,所有参赛者的合影。街头极限健身(Street Workout)属于极限运动的一种,也被称为“街头健身”、“街头户外健身”、“街健”等。主要以社区健身器材锻炼,追求极限身体能力。 大致分为极限单双杠和极限俯卧撑。虽称之为街头户外但运动地点并无限制,在家中、街道到随处可以找到的公园空地,利用随手可得的器械(公园健身器械或栏杆),以坚持不懈的努力来改进身体和精神力量,也被称为“游戏锻炼”。你可以在家锻炼也可以在小区里和好基友锻炼当然,上班的时候也可以用挖掘机锻炼出去玩?一根绳子就可以锻炼。什么?你没有绳子!路灯总有吧!你在野外,没有路灯?这总有了吧!当然,如果你只有一棵树的话,也还是可以锻炼的。瞎扯!!!(啪!)如果我(TM)会做这些动作,当然在哪都可以健身了!别着急嘛!你知道上面那些动作都叫什么吗?街头极限健身的五大神技:慢双(慢速单杠双力臂)、前/后水平(单双杠前/后水平)、顺风旗(人体旗帜) 、单臂引体(标准单手引体向上)、俄挺(俄式挺身俯卧撑)。双力臂英文是Muscle Ups,台湾译为暴力上杠,大陆译为双力臂,是街头极限健身的一个常见动作,其中慢起双力臂被称为街头极限健身的五大神技之一。做不到标准慢速双力臂的,可以试试搭腕,就是用手腕部分接触单杠。慢速双力臂难度就在于不能翻腕,而搭腕的话就可以无视翻腕了。慢速双力臂简单来说就是引体向上的一种,标准的引体向上只需要过脖子就算完成了。而慢速双力臂则是继续往上面用力拉,慢慢地过脖子,胸肌,腹肌,直至整个身体拉上单杠。慢速的双力臂肯定要比快速的双力臂难得多,所以快速双力臂还不会?免谈!怎么练?快速双力臂要一定的引体向上基础,有的人说他8个引体就能做双力臂了?我个人做到12个引体的时候才超级勉强能做1个双力臂。所以自己判断吧!快速双力臂学会了?那试着不晃动身体来双力臂吧,慢慢放慢节奏,练反向,久而久之就成了!前/后水平(单双杠前/后水平)水平,顾名思义,这个动作只需要双手抓住单杠,躺着像睡觉一样。它还有一个类似的动作叫后水平,前水平是躺着,后水平是趴着。当然前水平自然比后水平要难一点。前水平分为4个等级,分别是团身,单腿,分腿和标准的双腿前水平前水平需要惊人的背部肌肉以及手臂肌肉,当然有些大神可以只用单手即可完成前水平后水平顺风旗顺风旗的名字由来是因为它动作好像一面旗帜,通常是握住一个叫的健身器材完成的。顺风旗虽然是五大神技之一却是最简单的一个,同样它也跑酷动作之一。 施展顺风旗需要的握力,腕力,臂力,腰力,背部肌肉的要求特别高!单臂引体(标准单手引体向上)用一只手的力量,完全不借助身体的惯性摆动和其他外力完成引体向上,难度很大。单手引体向上是健身的一个分水岭,如果能标准完成单手引体向上,足以获得大多数人的尊重。如果你能做五个以上,请受我一拜!俄式挺身俯卧撑俄式挺身俯卧撑是5个神技中最难的动作,动作等级分为3个:团身、分腿、并腿。想要完成团身,至少需要能够完成10个标准腰间俯卧撑,然后逐渐分腿,直至标准的并腿。最后奉劝一句,不要为了练五大神技而练五大神技,在没有很好的健身基础之前,有空的时候尝试一下就行!力量还不够的情况下千万不要把神技列为训练内容,不然结果不是拉伤就是练不成! 除五大神技外,还有一些神级动作以后会陆续向大家介绍。 英雄来自街头!!!下一篇会给大家介绍想要街头健身,有哪些基本条件需要满足。","updated":"T07:14:36.000Z","canComment":false,"commentPermission":"anyone","commentCount":34,"likeCount":225,"state":"published","isLiked":false,"slug":"","isTitleImageFullScreen":false,"rating":"none","sourceUrl":"","publishedTime":"T15:14:36+08:00","links":{"comments":"/api/posts//comments"},"url":"/p/","titleImage":"/96293c74fccacbacff5d671d270cf4d4_r.jpg","summary":"","href":"/api/posts/","meta":{"previous":null,"next":null},"snapshotUrl":"","commentsCount":34,"likesCount":225},"":{"title":"想要健身,还想要逼格?","author":"ob-echo","content":"想必大家看了我的上一篇文章已经热血膨胀,跃跃欲试了吧!故意等了一周,让大家冷静下来,然后再浇上一盆冷水,看完这篇之后如果你还想试试看,在耐性上才能算有了入门的一点点基础。你就是懒!找什么借口!既然是街头极限健身,那就必须要有一定的健身基础,所谓的健身基础有两点:(一)心理基础(热爱健身)热爱健身的心态要达到:要让健身成了生活的“必须品”,在每天固定的时间里按时健身(一天不如果健身觉得少了点什么),在健身中体验到了很大的快乐,健身过后更加觉得是一种释放。(二)身体基础(接触健身并坚持有一定的时间)想要街头健身,身体是要有一定基础条件的,毕竟从上一篇文章里面可以看到街头健身五大神技的动作难度。要想开始街头健身,要想街头健身玩的好,上肢力量,腰腹力量,平衡力爆发力都要很好才行,那么对于没有基础的人该如何开始呢?今天的重头戏就是给大家提供零基础如何开始街头健身,有基础的同学也可以对照找到自己所在的阶段。一:俯卧撑进阶零基础的人,也许做一个俯卧撑都比较艰难,不过没关系,如果你热爱健身并且有足够耐心,这些都是可以一点点练出来的。第一步:上斜俯卧撑(半米高度)+仰姿反屈伸,如果以上两个能完成一次性15个,那完全可以进阶了。第二步:肩宽距的标准俯卧撑,完成15个进阶。第三步:两手比肩宽5公分的俯卧撑第四步:两手支撑胸前,间距10公分的俯卧撑(窄距俯卧撑)完成15个进阶。(同上我就不放图了)第五步:两手重叠,支撑在胸前的俯卧撑(砖石俯卧撑)完成15个进阶。第六步:两手支撑在腹部的俯卧撑;完成15个进阶。第七步:两手支撑在额头位置的俯卧撑;OK,俯卧撑的训练到此为止,如果能够完成第7步做10个+,那就可以重复练习5、6、7步的俯卧撑,可以强化三头肌和肘部;练习2、3、4步的俯卧撑,可以强化胸肌和三头肌(力量大到一定程度后,可以选择负重)训练量,至少3种俯卧撑,至少做5组,如果就只练一种俯卧撑,至少做10组,以上是训练的底线。每隔一天练一次,绝不要天天练。二:引体向上进阶训练俯卧撑一个也做不起来的倒是很少见,引体向上可就多了,按照以下的训练,慢慢进阶吧。第一步:肩宽握距的正握直臂悬垂+正握顶峰收缩(也就是把引体拉到最高点的姿势,你可以挑个矮的单杠做或靠跳着上去定住)完成10秒以上进阶。第二步:两手比肩宽5公分的正握直臂悬垂(宽距直臂悬垂)+宽距正握顶峰收缩;完成10秒以上进阶。第三步:肩宽握举的引体向上;完成10个以上进阶。第四步:两手比肩宽5公分的引体向上(宽距引体向上)完成10个以上进阶。第五步:极限握距的引体向上(能多宽是多宽)OK,引体向上的训练到此为止,如果能完成第5步5个+,就可以开始第4步的负重训练了,从百分之10的体重开始,每当能突破5个的时候,就往上+百分之1-5的体重负重。训练量跟俯卧撑一样。三:腹肌训练第一步:平躺,脚放直,手臂超前伸直,做仰卧起坐;10个以上进阶。第二步:平躺,脚放直,单只手臂抱头,另一只超前伸直,做仰卧起坐;10个以上进阶。第三步:平躺,脚放直,两手抱头,做仰卧起坐;10个以上进阶。第四步:屈腿,两手抱头,做仰卧起坐(标准仰卧起坐);10个以上进阶。第五步:平躺,两手支撑在腰两侧,举腿至90度,做仰卧举腿;10个以上进阶。第六步:单杠悬垂,屈腿抬腿靠腹,做屈腿的悬垂举腿;10个以上进阶。第七步:单杠悬垂,直腿抬腿至90度,做悬垂举腿;OK,腹肌训练到此为止,更吊的有悬垂直举腿(比悬垂举腿举的更高,脚碰杆),只不过那需要背肌和三角肌辅助,所以不能完全算在腹肌训练里。腹肌训练就不需要负重了,有害无益。训练量跟俯卧撑、引体向上一样。三个动作的训练建议是:初期是俯卧撑一天+腰腹一天+引体向上一天+休息一天算是一个周期,中期可以是俯卧撑加腰腹一天+引体向上+腰腹一天+休息一天为一个周期后期则是引体向上+俯卧撑+腰腹一天不在乎你一天做多少量,而在于你是否能够每天坚持锻炼,当然这也来源于热爱,如果自己感觉到锻炼困乏时,你也可伙伴们一起进行训练。街头出英雄!!!下期为大家介绍各种姿势的超级俯卧撑以及各种变式引体向上和锻炼腹肌最有效的方法","updated":"T04:16:19.000Z","canComment":false,"commentPermission":"anyone","commentCount":22,"likeCount":104,"state":"published","isLiked":false,"slug":"","isTitleImageFullScreen":false,"rating":"none","sourceUrl":"","publishedTime":"T12:16:19+08:00","links":{"comments":"/api/posts//comments"},"url":"/p/","titleImage":"/c12ee39b7f74e138d172a_r.jpg","summary":"","href":"/api/posts/","meta":{"previous":null,"next":null},"snapshotUrl":"","commentsCount":22,"likesCount":104},"":{"title":"超级俯卧撑,你能做多少?","author":"ob-echo","content":"上一期给大家介绍了入门级的训练,对于新手来说,这些动作可能需要一段时间才能完全达标,所以这次更新有点慢。

说干嘛去了趁着圣诞节,赶紧给大家补一发,看在圣诞节的份上大家下手轻点。是不是玩了街头健身的圣诞老人,看着特别喜庆呢!!!言归正传,最近(12月19日),街头健身世界锦标赛WSWCF冠军赛终于在莫斯科打响,来自全世界几十个国家的顶尖选手进行了一场惊心动魄的角逐!比赛现场各种逆天大招层出不穷,最终经裁判的评分评定:来自拉脱维亚的丹尼尔斯(Daniels Laizans)摘得桂冠,俄罗斯的Mihail Muhoryanov获得亚军,法国人Remy Gresteau夺取前三。上届冠军法国人奥尔蒂斯(Eryc Ortiz)错失前三,位居第四。下面是前二十位的评分以及排名1. 黃煒峰,香港代表黃煒峰於俄羅斯莫斯科舉行的世界盃街頭健身超級總決賽中,最終排名17位。正式完成今年賽季後,他認為先後贏取香港錦標賽及世界盃台北站冠軍,更於7月世界錦標賽代表香港歷史性打入決賽,故已超額完成今年訂下的個人目標。
