浙江：杭州市区小学生作息时间或将作较大调整
上周五，杭州市教育局向市民发出征求意见，9月1日起杭州市区小学生上下学时间拟作较大调整，上学8：30，比原来推迟半小时；放学4：00-4：30，比原来推迟约1小时。小学生作息时间也相应调整，每天上午、下午各上三节课。
这则消息内容不多，但是影响力很大，不少家庭的出行时间、方式可能调整。
这次调整方案，还有几条内容是为了保障新作息时间的推行，
比如有困难的家庭，家长可以适当提前送孩子到校，由各校安排值班老师管理，也就是说如果孩子早到校，学校不能让学生等在校门口，学生进校后由值班老师负责管理。
还有一条保障措施，下午放学后困难班、学生社团活动等仍旧举办。
新学期孩子怎么上学 已有家长在考虑方案了
这两天杭州很多小学老师在家访中已向学生提及这个新作息，让家长早做准备，一旦实施，不会乱了阵脚。
昨天有位读者来电说，儿子马上读五年级，这样一来要重新考虑孩子上学的交通方案，考虑让孩子独自坐公交车上学、回家，这几天正在研究线路，还要实地操练下。
此次意见征求主要在网络上进行，这几天杭州各大教育论坛对这一事件讨论得也相当热烈。昨天，我们从快学网、19楼、杭州网等整理了一些代表性的意见。这些家长、学生的主要观点，昨天我们也反馈给了杭州市教育局相关负责人。
意见征集8月25日截止，大家可登录杭州教育城域网(www.hzedu.net)投票。
接送、上学方便
xiangyuett：太给力了，免得天天上班溜出去接孩子，支持！
暮鳕：四点多就放学是很头疼的。特别是每个周五下午竟然1：40放学。没有老人带的孩子在这个时间很担心，知不知道？完全可以让他们在学校多写点作业，在学校完成的效率会高出很多很多，不要每天把一大堆作业带到家来，虽然平时放学早，但好多孩子做作业会做到很晚很晚。
胡思乱想：我刚去投票了，当然是投赞同票。上学时间迟点对于就近上学的学区生是好事，因为近，不用担心路上堵的问题，而且有学校本来下午放学就是4点钟的。
睡眠有保障了
富富有余:改了时间我儿子就可以早上多睡半个小时。早上每天都叫不醒的，多睡半个小时对我们很有吸引力。
天天：8：30上课是孩子的梦想，无数次孩子跟我这样感慨过：妈妈，要是8：30上课多好啊。
Imbill：多睡一会比什么都好！
jadkyin：这个政策对就近上学的孩子还是蛮有利的，可以多睡一会儿。
杭州鱼泡泡：支持政府的意见，另外建议小学一、二、三年级安排有益于孩子健康发育的午睡。

可以缓解交通压力
zm1968：太好了，强力支持改革！现在的早晚高峰堵车太厉害，这样可以有效解决交通压力问题了。
双职工家庭送孩子上学更不方便
hzlingling：现在一般学校都是8点左右到校，跟一般家长上班时间基本吻合，可以先送小孩后再去上班，如果改成8：30到校，那家长上班估计全部要迟到了，不然再请个保姆接送。另外放学时间推迟，4：30和3：00放学有何区别，家长下班时间基本在5：30以后，请问不还是要提前接吗？教育局说可以上困难班和兴趣班，这样就可以到5：30左右放学，请问不是逼着大家全部上兴趣班吗，而且学生在校时间不是更长吗，不觉得累吗？
chengdandan：反对！如果家里有专人负责接送孩子上下学，怎么调整都问题不大的。关键是我们双职工家庭，无人接送。目前的上学时间我们还是可以送孩子的，接是肯定接不了的。但如果这样一改，送也无法送了。难道让孩子自己在家里多睡一会儿。现实吗？那些赞同修改意见的家长，肯定是家里有人接送孩子的，他们不应该就这个问题发表意见的。
薇：我不说别人，只说自己家的情况。学校在本小区内，今年开始要读一年级，走到学校大约5分钟，本来我8点30分上班的，只要7点55分送到学校，然后去上班好了，但如果8点30分到校的话，那就需要老人帮忙送了，迟到就要扣200元到400元一次。下午下课老人来接是正常的，因为幼儿园就如此，但早上又要老人送那我父母肯定不太愿意的，早上老人都有自己的生活（出去锻炼身体等等），双职工的家庭都不容易，赚的不是太多，如果让我放弃工作那我肯定不愿意。
清水阳光：改成八点半上学，也许最开心的要数九点上班的家长了，那么杭州有多少上班族是九点上班的？总之，前段时间的早高峰错峰计划已经让大家紧张了一回，希望政府对孩子的读书时间修改慎之又慎。
担心学校不允许孩子过早进入学校
ctx0128：反对，原来这样已经适应了。现在一改，许多家庭都要重新计划，像我们本来7:30送孩子，然后上班，时间刚好；推迟半小时送小孩，意味着迟到将近1小时。

多读书多看报：8:30到校不是错峰，是添堵。4：30放学又要迎来晚高峰。
雪西湖：一般放学小孩都是由老人照顾，本来不是高峰期，公交车也空一点，也会有座位。现在推迟放学，高峰期坐公交车，要老人与下班的职工争夺公交了，真无语。
nevaline：其实最关键的问题就是让学校能适当收费开办困难班（个别学生延迟放学），让那些没办法及时接孩子放学的父母安心工作，也能让孩子们有个安全放心的地方等待父母。上学时间根本不需要调整。
zzddff：如果说是给孩子充足的睡眠，应该从根本的应试教育制度上改变，孩子有那么多的作业和考试，再外加各类培训，怎么可能有充足的睡眠？而且按照杭州小学就读原则，大多数孩子都是在家庭居住区就近读书，所以和早高峰的错峰影响不大。早上和上班族一起奔在马路上的大都是一些择校生。
一位观众：任何一项改进都是有利有弊的，众口难调。
2011我的烦恼：建立一些机构为孩子们服务，尤其孩子所在的社区应该有所作为，例如：可由社区义工、社会实践的大学生（高中生）、校外辅导员等提供服务。
国外的小学生作息时间都是怎样的？

国外的孩子都是啥时候上学、放学的？昨天，我们采访了熟悉美国、日本、英国和德国小学作息时间的读者，给大家提供更多参考。
公立小学一般有校车接送
杰西卡是位美国小姑娘，在波士顿一所公立小学念书，下半年上六年级。她的表姐小懒是位杭州姑娘，在美国读高中。小懒说，杰西卡每天早上8点30分上学，一般是她妈妈送去学校，下午3点放学自己坐校车回家。“回家后，妈妈会送杰西卡去各种体育培训班，比如网球班、游泳班。”
林迪是位杭州女孩，在英国念中学。她的表妹尼科尔在内华达里诺州读小学，下半年四年级。林迪说，她妹妹尼科尔所在的学校，一般是9点上学，早上8点半校车就来接了。放学时间她不大确定，不过因为学校离家近，一般下午3点尼科尔就在家了。林迪说，一般美国的公立学校都有校车，私立学校没校车，但很多是住宿制。
美国人上下班的时间，大致是早上9点—下午5点。
附近的小学生一起走路上学
10岁的林奕含小朋友，在日本大阪金冈南小学读五年级。爸爸在日本当大学老师。昨天，小林的爸爸和妈妈介绍了日本小学的作息时间。
早上8点，附近的小学生们在一个固定的点集合，然后大家一起去上学，因为路比较近，所以一般是走路去的。
日本的小学放学时间比较独特，最早放学是下午1点30分，也有2点45分的，但最迟不会迟于下午3点30分。学校在每月末会有一张表格，把这个月孩子放学的时间都写清楚，通过孩子交给家长。
星期三，全校学生在下午1点30分全部放学，这天的下午是俱乐部时间，孩子专门参加各种俱乐部活动，比如足球、篮球、排球等。另外几天，根据各年级学生排课安排而定。一般小学五六年级，放学是下午3点30分。
小林每天3点半回家，再和同学们结伴出去，因为日本小学生的很多作业，是需要去大自然里观察植物、动物的。
小林的爸爸说，日本的职场人士一般是早上8点30分到9点之间上班，而下班时间则是有日本特色的“拖班”，大家都不愿早回家。
那孩子怎么办呢？
别忘了，日本妇女大多是不上班的啊……
校门口没有国内那样的“接送大军”
英国小学生的作息时间，特别是上学时间，跟杭州的新方案有点接近。
杭州上城区新思维数学研究中心主任唐彩斌去年被派到英国里丁市观摩学习了6个月(这是教育部组织的第一批国家公派中小学教师出国访学，全国共选拔30位老师参加，其中15位去了美国，15位去了英国)。他观摩学习的小学叫圣彼得小学。
唐老师说，昨天下午，他还和别人聊起这个上下学的新方案。他所蹲点的小学，小朋友们上学的时间是8点40分，放学时间大致在下午3点半。学生们放学了，有的由大人接回家，也有自己回去的。唐老师说，英国的小学规模都不大，而且都是就近入学，因此英国小学门口没有国内那样的接送大军。
教室里不能放书小学生每天背着大书包
在访问的几个国家中，德国是小学生在校时间最长的一个国家。
天天是杭州女孩子，曾在德国海森贝克高级中学读中学，他们学校是小学到高三制的。天天说，一般德国的小学生，早上8点10分就要上课，下午4点30分放学。
“不过，小学生们学的课程，都还算轻松愉快的，没有像国内那么累，而且回家没作业的。”
天天说，德国的小孩子，在入学时，就可以选好自己要读哪一类学校，大致可分为重点学校、一般学校。重点学校的学习压力相对大一些，而一般学校的放学时间早点也是有可能的。
德国学生比较独立，上学放学大多数孩子都能自己搞定。天天经常看到，德国小学生背着一个硕大的书包，进出校园。这是因为教室内不能放书，德国的书本又特别厚重。
德国的爸爸妈妈们，大部分是8点上班，下午5点下班，德国人很少加班。
澳大利亚：
下午3点放学后就是玩
小虹是嘉兴人，她在澳大利亚有个朋友，已经移民布里斯班很多年了。
昨天，她向她的移民朋友打听了澳大利亚小学生上学和放学的时间。澳大利亚的小学生早上8点上学，下午3点放学。放学之后，小学生们主要的任务就是玩，要么在学校踢球，要么回家玩。家庭作业也是有的，但只有一点点。
