这仅是一场不烧脑却尚算紧凑连贯的美式爆米花电影。

48小时的生死倒计时形成了《超脑48小时》在时间上的紧迫，一气呵成的架构更不乏以温情的脉络，诚然电影在剧情上陷入了套路化的模板桥段，难见以那所谓之“超脑”的悬念，但作为一部科幻动作片来说，无疑交出了一份标准的答卷。
对比于同为意识移植的《幻体：续命游戏》，《超脑48小时》显然更为稍胜一筹，这在于电影至少有着一个完整且能为人信服的逻辑构思，并将科幻与动作元素在电影中做到了两相契合，其既以科幻的人脑具象化意识移植引人入胜，又以节奏紧凑的飙车追逐，枪战热斗维系了至始至终出色的节奏把控，而凯文·科斯特纳、加里·奥德曼 、汤米·李·琼斯、瑞恩·雷诺兹4位巨星的强强联合，使电影在动作戏码和演技上亦尚算得中肯。
难以跳出套路化的剧情，是电影的症结所在，《超脑48小时》作为一部动作片来说是合格的，但这样的故事或许放在上个世纪九十年代或许会让人颇感新颖，但在前有《变脸》《勇闯夺命岛》等等同类型珠玉在前的动作电影下，依旧靠着传统套路的正邪交锋，依旧还是噱头式的特工人物设定，依旧还是好莱坞式的温情大爱，电影关乎悬疑的营造难以做到跌宕起伏，自我内在的匮乏，没有为人能影响深刻的惊艳之处，终使其只能是场泛泛而谈的表象之作。
同《幻体》一样，在本有着中肯命题的生死换体中，电影对于意识移植的探讨亦只是浅尝即止，并没有从这一点深入去刻画在两种人格之间的人性挣扎，也不曾对生死的宿命做出何般深刻解读，而只是把其当作了一个博人眼球的噱头，这一点从意识被移植的是一个危险的罪犯，而在双重记忆的推动下，仅延续了诸多老梗的情感和动作元素，便可看出《超脑48小时》只是做出了一道对科幻与动作电影的命题作文，而非是在悬疑与人性的深刻命题中构筑自我纵深。
剧情单一的乏善可陈与《超脑48小时》的片名可谓是南辕北辙，这仅是一场不烧脑却尚算紧凑连贯的美式爆米花电影。

剧情介绍：
