大牛不在，我来试着回答一下。第72题：B选项就是短文第一句话的另一种说法啊。A、C、E都出现了新概念，是无关选项；D从文中推不出来，保险公司没有那么傻，如果医院降低收费，他们也会降低赔偿标准的，这点可以从保险公司严格限制费用支出看出来。第43题：B选项说新方法可以降低飞机的自重，从而可以增加载重，这样就可以多拉些人或者货物，自然可以有更多的经济利益；C正好相反，是鼓吹老方法比新方法好。

医院的费用以前靠病人付， 现在都是保险公司付。现在保险公司也不付。言下之意，医院费用就没谁管了，那就得医院自己想办法酬钱，否则就只好要么不提供治疗，如果治疗的话就只好赔本了。

上次发了一个3精帖作业，喜获醉版赠送的软尾筏杆，有了竿子还没轮子，想入手一个轮子
听说国产万利特不行，出线不畅快，伊卡达筏60III口碑很好但没有泄力，对我这种微铅新手感觉驾驭不了，跑鱼就后悔莫及了
黑鲷神马的买不起，老婆拨款预算是600封顶，有泄力，请坛子里各位微铅大师给点意见，在这些条件下有啥轮子推荐？谢谢
