A PREDICTION METHOD OF SLAGGING BEHAVIOR FOR PULVERIZED COAL BY USING TEST METHOD OF SEDIMENDATION FURNACE

A method for predicting slagging behavior of pulverized coal by using sedimendation furnace test has been presented. That is to allocate slagging bars into the sedimendation furnace, to obtain relative weight degree of the slag based o to obtain cohesive strength degree by using sootblow and to obtain fusion property degree of the slag by judging the fusion property of the slag type. Summing up the analysis results from abovementioned three aspects, the comprehensive slagging index of said sedimendation furnace has been achieved. The said test method is comparatively nearing reality. the results of prediction being comparatively objective and accurate.
