本人在2013年机电一体化与工业信息学国际学术会议（3月份，广州举办）上投了一篇文章，会议宣传上说文章可被EI收录，但我前几天把他们寄给我的论文集拿到中图科技大学图书馆检索，根本检索不到我的文章。大家遇到过这种情况吗。
这是广州大会的主页，我就是在这上面投的。
今年评副高职称，安徽省指定文章必须由中科大图书馆或安徽省科技情报处检索才有效。

其实IEEE文章只要入库了，很快就会被EI检索。但真正影响检索速度的还是你所参加的会议或者你所中的期间把你文章送到EI系统的快慢。我所中过的文章，EI会议一般会在会议结束几个月到半年左右被EI检索；我中的几篇期刊文章都是在两三个月就检索了。
采纳率：29%
CRC和ATLANTIS四个了，这两者是不同的、WIT，一般来说不管事哪种你要看是IEEE的还是IEEE旗下的CS CPS。当然其实检索时间除了出版社外，更重要的就是你所投会议的权威性，如果不知道如何判断，可以百度搜：EI学术会议中心，基本上进EI是有保障的，检索时间一般是开会后3-5个月检索，当然有时运气好可以做到开会后1个月就检索，现在从2015EI检索目录来看，TTP旗下的AMM和AMR已经被T出EI了，所以现在与会议合作的权威出版社，基本上就只有IEEE

三个都不同源刊级别最高当然，ei检索期刊一般也指的是源刊，只是有的期刊打包发表会议论文，虽然也是ei检索的期刊，但本质是会议论文ei检索的会议级别最低了

也可以百度搜：EI学术会议中心，两者没有差别。EI检索的会议和EI源刊有差别，差别在于两者论文进EI数据库的方式是不同的，EI检索会议论文是CA方式，EI源刊论文是JA方式。EI数据库现在JA论文占75%，CA论文占25%，只要论文让专家看的懂即可，如果找不到合适的EI会议，难度低些，练练手。英文EI会议论文对英文要求并不高。如果你是第一次发EI级别的论文，建议还是从EI会议论文发起EI源期刊就是EI检索的期刊
“ei源期刊”和“ei检索期刊”是同一概念。“ei检索会议”是一些高水平的国际学术会议的论文被EI收录。当然，现在出现了很多欺骗中国人的所谓“国际会议”，只要交了钱就能发表文章，其中有一些也能被EI收录。各单位已经对此类国际会议有一些限制措施。
ei是尔斯维尔公司的一个检索标准，收录的文章类型80%期刊和20%的会议论文集；近期ei为了把控中国学术论文的水平，作出了很多改变；其中首要的就是ei源期刊和ei检索期刊的区分，这两个概念以前的区别是不大的，以前是只要进入ei期刊源的期刊都是2年审核一次，所以ei源期刊等同于ei检索期刊；但从去年开始，ei决定把期刊分类：对于审核结果优秀的期刊继续作为源期刊，审核周期不变；而对于水平欠佳且有下降趋势的期刊则重新命名为book series，即这种期刊是每期一审，审核通过就进入ei库，不通过的则直接整本拒绝。ei检索会议由于其整体水平更低、但时效性强，所以受到国内的追捧，除非高级别会议能比较快的检索，其余大部分国内召开的会议检索都不怎么靠谱。所以国内的无数的科研院所的职称评定标准中都有一个中文核心期刊，总共才3000本期刊，一个中国的人过来发表，竞争程度可想而知，无奈很多都选择学术会议。纯手写，也是这几年工作总结出来的，希望能有用。
EI检索类型分为2种：CA跟JA。只是有时候是全文收录（或检索），有时候是摘要收录（或检索），但是国家图书馆等出具的检索证明都是一样的--也就是说官方承认的。

138个被撤出EI检索的会议
由于受国内某不负责任国际会议影响，IEEE将2010年10月至2011年2月期间出版的138个会议全部撤出EI检索并退回版权。详情见

Technical Program Integrity Committee Actions
IEEE has a long-standing commitment to ensuring the high quality of its conferences and of the conference proceedings published in IEEE Xplore&.
Through its regular conference quality-monitoring process, IEEE became aware of inconsistencies in some conferences with regard to the quality of the peer review and technical program development. In 2010, IEEE launched an in-depth investigation through its
Technical Program Integrity Committee, a volunteer-based committee responsible for ensuring the quality of IEEE publications.
The Committee concluded that the procedures followed by the technical program organizers of certain conferences were insufficient to assure compliance with IEEE's high standards for quality publications. Therefore, IEEE has decided not to publish these papers
in IEEE Xplore. The decisions of the Committee are final. A list of the conferences impacted can be found below. These conferences represent less than five percent of our conferences published in IEEE Xplore in 2010 and 2011.
This decision is not a reflection on the work of the authors, but of the activities of the conference itself. The individual authors’ work was not assessed by the investigating committee. Where copyrights were transferred to IEEE, those transfers of rights
are now null and void and revert back to the authors. Authors wishing confirmation of their copyright ownership should complete the form below. Upon receipt, IEEE will send a confirmation e-mail indicating that the transfer of copyright for the author’s paper
is now “null and void” as provided on the IEEE Copyright Form, and that the author is the copyright owner of the paper.
If Copyright Forms have not yet been signed and transmitted, then copyright will remain with the author. In either case, the authors are free to seek publication of their papers in other journals or venues.

新加坡国际计算机科学与信息技术协会IACSIT今年举办了多个会议(比如ICCMS2010,ICCAE2010),质量很差,钱收了,会议结束了两个多月后,还拿不到论文集,给的发票还报不了帐,论文印刷质量也很差,ICCAE2010第二卷竟印错了.会议质量可想而知.它的成都办事处服务质量更差,一个典型的皮包公司.下面几个与之有关的会议,请大家务必注意:
