noreferrer&&抛开偏见，用我的亲身经历来聊聊洗碗机&/a&，笔者已剁手）&/li&&/ul&&br&&p&&b&五、卫生间&/b&&/p&&br&&ul&&li&除了马桶边上预留电源插座，方便安装卫洗丽。还要在洗手台旁边多安几个插座，方便用电吹风、给电动牙刷充电。&br&&/li&&li&淋浴万岁……浴缸的话，实在有钱有闲再装吧。&br&&/li&&li&记得给小一些的孩子预留放充气游泳盆的空间。&br&&/li&&li&龙头花洒、五金件绝对是一分价钱一分货，买你能力范围内最好的。&br&&/li&&li&双杆毛巾架别用了，你根本不会用里面那层。南方潮湿地区记得买电热毛巾架。　&br&&/li&&li&卫生间可以设计了一个小橱放衣服，免得洗澡的时候干净衣服被打湿。　&br&&/li&&li&洗手盆那里的龙头，选择那种可以拔出来洗头的型号。男主人洗头、女主人洗刘海都非常方便。　　&br&&/li&&li&卫厨地砖贴好后没干前最好量一下水平，看最低点是不是地漏处，别等干了后再和装修队扯皮。　&br&&/li&&li&地漏如果不行，有不好更换。上淘宝搜索那种地漏防臭内芯，十几块钱就搞定。　。　　&br&&/li&&li&买镜子时考虑一下镜前灯的位置，免得镜子太大，灯太亮，每次照镜子都被晃着睁不开眼。&br&&/li&&li&浴室柜最好做成全封闭的（有些家庭为了预留下水管会给浴室柜打几个孔），这样方便放一些你囤的的洗护产品。&br&&/li&&/ul&&br&&b&六、阳台&/b&&br&&ul&&li&阳台的墙面用瓷砖固然好，但现在的防水涂料已经做得很好了，价格比某些瓷砖还要低。&br&&/li&&li&豪华自动晾衣架对于大阳台而言真没啥用，你的衣服没那么多。对小阳台倒是有点用，节省空间。强烈建议在阳台上放一个水平的晾衣架，晒那些棉织衣服特别好用，还不会因为挂着晾晒而变形。&br&&/li&&li&有条件的话，在阳台做一个拖把池。区别卫生间的洗脸盆和厨房的洗碗洗菜盆。（2016年3月打脸更新：拖把池还是算了吧……现在谁用沾水的拖把啊，大堆的静电除尘纸、扫地机器人、吸尘器……）&br&&/li&&/ul&&br&&p&&b&七、地板&/b&&/p&&br&&ul&&li&地板颜色要略浅的，不容易看到灰，厨卫地砖反而要略深，不容易发现到处都是头发，这样耐脏。&br&&/li&&li&实木地板脚感好但需要保养，复合地板清洁起来方便。不必过度追求实木，好的复合地板一样环保。&br&&/li&&/ul&&br&&p&&b&八、木工/家具&/b&&/p&&br&&ul&&li&21世纪了，如果你不是土豪，请不要让木工做任何家具——难道木工比成品家具厂机器化、现代化生产线上做来的家具还要好？何况市场上的木工家具，你很难保证木头本身的品质、油漆的环保性。&br&&/li&&li&之前说了要记录任何东西的尺寸、就包括门的尺寸——买任何东西都要留意家里门的大小，别买好了搬不进去。&br&&/li&&li&同样的，最好在心里对喜欢的家具尺寸有个数，别一点点小客厅，在建材城看到了大茶几就走不动路——再好看的家具，能用得上才行啊。&br&&/li&&li&年轻人除了自己特别会搭配、钱够花，就别追求红木、黑檀木、胡桃木家具了……整个屋子的颜色特别暗沉，刚开始可能会觉得特别华丽，住久了很容易厌倦的。关键是换其他家具都不好换，整体风格已经定了。（2016年3月更新：我现在觉得胡桃木的有些家具真的搭起来超带感……也许是我老了？）&br&&/li&&li&布艺沙发一定要买可换沙发罩的，家里有孩子沙发多难洗你懂的。&br&&/li&&li&衣柜、房门能做缓冲杆的都换上缓冲杆吧——冷不丁房间里传出的砰砰关门声，对于现代人来说已经有点扛不住了。&br&&/li&&/ul&&br&&p&&b&九、水电/灯具&/b&&/p&&br&&ul&&li&漏电保护器、空气开关，买你能力范围内能买到的最好的。&br&&/li&&li&插座、开关一定要自己买，买名牌的中高端的——西门子、TCL一样会出专门供工装渠道的低端插座开关，你以为质量会多好？市场上还有大量的仿冒产品，你指望装修队给你买好就太天真了。&br&&/li&&li&确定插座位置时，一定要提前把家具放在哪想清楚。不然很多插座会被家具挡住，白白浪费。&br&&/li&&li&餐厅可以考虑安装地插，与地面齐平，脚一踩就可以把插座弹出来。不过家里有小孩子的话，注意配一个防触电保护套，防止小孩子乱摸。&br&&/li&&li&少买不实用的吊灯，尤其是灯罩冲上的那种、以及不实用的水晶灯——拜托，咱们是装修家又不是修宫殿、按摩会所，搞那么多吃灰的吊灯谁来打扫啊？&br&&/li&&li&卧室到卫生间的走廊、暗处的衣柜内侧，都可以安装小夜灯。晚上起夜方便的很，不会惊醒同屋睡的人。&br&&/li&&li&别听一些没过过好日子的人瞎说什么灯带、射灯没用——那取决于你会不会用，卫生间的镜子旁边装灯带、完全不晃眼，灯光还柔和。射灯放在对照明要求不高的地方，比如阳台、卫生间，直接对着墙面照射，气氛好到哭。&br&&/li&&li&在每个房间的主墙上，都预留至少2个网口和2个以上的插座。无线路由的确可以解决问题，但信号也会成问题。而且无线路由的运输速率受限，4K视频很快就普及了，你不想在卧室看个视频都卡死吧？&br&&/li&&/ul&&br&&br&&p&&b&十、家电&/b&&/p&&br&&ul&&li&洗衣机带烘干严重不实用，建议分开购买。南方人尤其推荐，梅雨天气烘干衣服、平时烘干毛巾，谁用谁知道。&br&&/li&&li&洗澡比较勤，比较注意家庭卫生？不如买个小消毒柜，用来放置和消毒浴巾、毛巾、家居服。&br&&/li&&li&提前想好空调位，电源尽量移近，免得装空调时看到一截电源线。&br&&/li&&li&电视机绝对是越大越好，不要被网上什么电视的最佳距离、最佳尺寸忽悠了。现代社会绝大多数家庭的客厅尺寸都足够大，如果预算足够、尽量买大点，只有自己真正看过大电视了，才知道小电视根本不够看。&br&&/li&&li&不要以为智能家庭、智能家居离自己很远。电饭煲都可以定时了、空调可以在单位遥控了、冰箱可以用手机控制了、空气净化器基本都配备APP了……谁知道未来3年5年会怎么样？所以多留出插座吧，对新家电也要多做留意。&br&&/li&&li&便携吸尘器，用过都说好，清理沙发、角落灰尘足够了。&br&&/li&&li&烤箱、微波炉绝对不是可有可无的家电，你家如果有一个热爱美食烹饪的女主人，这些东西怎么能缺？更别说微波炉和烤箱是平时热菜、朋友聚会时烤肉、做披萨的神器。为了更好的生活，我们应该学着享用现代电器带来的新的生活方式。&br&&/li&&li&水质不好的城市，注意装净水系统。之前记得在厨房预留出软水机、RO机的位置。（啥，你觉得没必要净水？好吧，还是给你看一篇我写过的文章：&a
