你好，第一、如公司没有交社保，可以要求补缴社保。社保在入职后一个月要办理，未办理可以社保部门投诉。第二、如公司一直没有签合同属于违法行为，可要求公司支付未签订书面劳动合同的双倍工资。第三、如果公司违法解除劳动合同，还要承担赔偿金，赔偿金的标准是经济补偿的两倍。如果是劳动者提出辞职，可要求单位支付经济补偿金。第四、如在公司工作满一年的，公司解除劳动合同，还要支付失业保险金的。第五、如果公司有加班行为，还要按法定标准支付加班工资以及加付赔偿金的。第六、如果公司克扣工资，还应足额支付工资以及加付赔偿金的。第七、如果涉及工伤问题，先由单位申请，单位30日不申请，自己赶紧申请。另外请保存好能证明你与用人单位劳动关系的证据，如工牌，工服，工资条或工资入账证明，与负责人的通话录音等。第八、就以上纠纷，无法协商的，建议委托律师搜集相关证据，向当地劳动监察部门投诉，也可以向当地劳动仲裁机构申请劳动仲裁，对仲裁结果不服的，及时向人民法院起诉，最大限度的维护你的合法权益。
