你好,单核细胞正常儿童较成人稍高，平均为9％。2岁内婴儿可达15％或更多，为生理性增高。病理性增高见于： （1）某些感染：疟疾、黑热病、结核病、亚急性感染性心内膜炎等； （2）血液病：单核细胞白血病、粒细胞缺乏症恢复期；恶性组织细胞病、淋巴瘤、骨髓增生异常综合征； （3）急性传染病或急性感染的恢复期.单核细胞可明显升高. 淋巴偏低主要见于应用肾上腺皮质激素后,及免疫缺陷疾病,丙种球蛋白缺泛等. 综合你提交的资料,单核细胞升高的原因主要是感染.而淋巴偏低是因为你小孩化验前一天挂了瓶地塞米松.而地塞米松属于肾上腺皮质激素.所以偏低. 所以你不要担心. 但是我建议你地塞米松在一般情况下没有必要使用.
