砖混结构中小学校舍抗震鉴定与加固探讨

  摘要:我国是一个地震多发国家,近年来国内历次大地震都对中小学校舍造成了严重的破坏。在我国中小学校舍中,砖混结构比重最高。因此,对砖混结构中小学校舍抗震鉴定与加固研究,显得十分必要。文章分析了砖混结构中小学校舍抗震鉴定的方法与原理、加固方法与原理。

  一.概述
  中小学砖混结构校舍一般采用单侧外走廊或内走廊的建筑平面布置形式。由于需要满足通风、采光、建筑空间等建筑功能方面的要求,一般大房间多、窗户大、纵墙开洞率高、窗间墙宽度不满足要求,所以导致抗震横墙少、纵横向刚度不均匀、地震时扭转效应非常明显、抗震性能差,地震时很容易遭到破坏。汶川地震发生后,党和政府高度重视中小学校舍安全工作,指出要把中小学校舍建设最安全工程。2009年4月,国务院办公厅下发了《全国中小学校舍安全工程实施方案》。
  二.砖混结构校舍的抗震鉴定
  (一)抗震鉴定中砂浆强度的测定
  砖墙抗剪强度是影响砖混结构抗震性能的主要因素之一,而砂浆强度是衡量墙体抗剪强度的重要指标,砂浆强度的高低直接影响着砖混结构抗震性能。由于时间紧、任务重,现场一般采用回弹法测定砂浆强度。回弹法测定砂浆强度具有操作便捷、测试快速等优点,适合进行量大面广的砂浆强度现场检测。回弹法测定砂浆强度的基本原理:
  1、选定检测单元及检测区域
  将建筑物划分为若干独立的结构单元,每个结构单元划分为若干检测单元,一个检测单元一般随机选择6个测区,一个测区随机布置5个测位,在每个测位均匀布置12个测点。
  2、检测步骤
  (1)清除砂浆弹击点表面的粉刷层、勾缝砂浆等杂质,打磨平整并清除其上的灰尘。
  (2)使用回弹仪在每个弹击点处连续弹击三次,仅记录最后一次读数。
  (3)用浓度为1%的酚酞试剂和游标尺测量每个测位内的碳化深度。
  3、数据分析
  (1)剔除12个回弹值中的最大值和最小值,求得剩余10个回弹值的平均值。
  (2)计算每个测区的平均碳化深度,取5个测位测量值的平均值。
  (3)依据公式换算各个测位的砂浆强度换算值。
  4、砂浆强度等级的推定
  (1)分别计算各个检测单元的强度平均值、标准值及变异系数。
  (2)按照测区统计的砂浆抗压强度平均值与砂浆推定强度等级所对应的立方体抗压强度值的关系,确定砂浆的强度等级。
  (二)第二级鉴定中墙段抗震承载力的评定
  中小学砖混结构校舍抗震鉴定过程中,若第一级鉴定不满足鉴定标准要求,应根据第一级鉴定的情况分别采用楼层平均抗震能力指数法、楼层综合抗震能力指数法、墙段综合抗震能力指数法进行第二级鉴定。就墙段抗震承载力验算来说,当前常采用墙段综合抗震能力指数法与PKPM计算复核的方法。墙段综合抗震能力指数法的计算公式复杂、系数较多、可操作做性不强,实际进行计算时常采用PKPM计算复核的方法。使用PKPM对墙段进行抗震承载力计算时主要验算如下几方面的内容:
  1、计算纵横向门间墙、窗间墙、门窗间墙、端墙、横墙等各个墙段的抗震承载力,其计算结果为各墙段的抗力与荷载效应之比,当该比值大于1时,说明墙体的抗力大于荷载效应,墙体的抗震承载力满足要求,反之则不满足要求。
  2、计算纵横向整片墙体的抗震承载力,计算对象是包括洞口在内的整片墙体,其计算方法与墙段的计算方法相同。
  3、当某一墙段的抗力与效应之比小于1时,程序自动将该墙段设计成为配筋砌体,计算出该墙段所需要的配筋面积,将其作为加固布置的依据。
  三.砖混结构校舍的抗震加固
  (一)加固设计处理方法
  砖混结构校舍进行抗震加固设计时,应根据抗震鉴定的结果选用合适的加固方案,一般采用整体加固、区段加固及局部构件加固的方案,或者内加固、外加固方案[1]。加固设计中常遇到的问题及处理方法如下:
  1、校舍的整体性较差
  (1)校舍的圈梁、构造柱设置不满足规范要求
  处理方法:可以通过增设外加圈梁-构造柱的方法进行加固;或者通过增设钢筋混凝土板墙或钢筋网砂浆面层并在纵横墙交接处设置配筋加强带的方法加固。
  (2)抗震墙在平面内不闭合
  处理方法:可以在不闭合处设置钢筋混凝土框或抗震墙使原墙体在平面内形成闭合结构。
  (3)墙体在纵横墙交接处的整体性较差
  处理方法:可以使用面层加固并在纵横墙交接处设置配筋加强带,或在纵横墙交接处设置钢拉杆、外加构造柱及圈梁等方法加固,提高该部位的整体性。
  (4)楼板及屋盖在墙体上的支承长度小于规范要求的数值
  处理方法:可以通过墙体的面层加固来增加楼板及屋盖的支撑长度;或者在楼板与墙体的交接处设置角钢支撑的方法加固。
  2、校舍的综合抗震能力不满足要求
  (1)墙段综合抗震能力指数或楼层综合抗震能力指数的计算值远小于1.0
  处理方法:可以在采用钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆面层或钢筋混凝土板墙进行加固。
  (2)墙段综合抗震能力指数或楼层综合抗震能力指数的计算值小于1.0,但差值较小
  处理方法:可以采用水泥砂浆面层或钢筋网水泥砂浆面层进行加固。
  (3)原校舍的抗震横墙间距偏大
  处理方法:可以通过新增抗震墙的方法进行加固,该抗震横墙可以是砖墙或钢筋混凝土墙。
  (4)原墙体的砌筑质量较差或材料强度不满足要求
  处理方法:可以采用水泥砂浆面层、钢筋网水泥砂浆面层等加固方法,或拆25筑质量较差的部分并重新砌筑的方法进行加固。
  3、局部易倒易损部位不满足要求
  (1)局部承受荷载较大的墙段抗震承载力不满足要求
  处理方法:可以采用增设钢筋混凝土柱、组合柱、砌体柱或采用钢筋混凝土板墙、钢筋网砂浆面层等方法加固。
  (2)墙肢的抗震承载力或尺寸不满足要求
  处理方法:可以采用面层加固墙体的方法,如:钢筋混凝土板墙、钢筋网砂浆面层、水泥砂浆面层等,或采用增设钢筋混凝土框的方法加固。
  (3)砖柱的抗震承载力不满足要求
  处理方法:可以采用钢筋混凝土围套或外包角钢法加固。
  (4)隔墙与承重墙缺乏有效的拉结
  处理方法:当隔墙的高度或长度较小时,可以通过在隔墙的周围植入锚筋、增设钢夹套、设置钢拉杆等措施对隔墙进行加固;当隔墙的高度或长度较大时,可采用水泥砂浆面层或钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固。
  (5)出屋面女儿墙的高度超限
  处理方法:可降低女儿墙的高度或对其进行拆除处理,或采用增设钢拉杆或型钢的方法进行加固。
  (二)常用抗震加固方法的介绍
  1、钢筋混凝土板墙
  该加固方法首先去除原墙体的抹灰层并在墙体的一侧或两侧布置钢筋网,而后在墙体上浇筑或喷射一定厚度的混凝土形成“砌体-混凝土”组合墙,从而提高原墙体的抗震承载力。使用此法加固后的墙体,其水平抗剪承载力可提高1.8~3倍左右,当墙段抗震承载力与规定值相差较大,或原结构的综合抗震能力指数较小时,可考虑采用此方法加固。
  使用该加固方法可有效增强原墙体的抗剪及抗压承载力并能大幅提高其刚度和变形能力。此外,由于钢筋混凝土板墙的厚度较大,增加了预制板的支撑长度,能有效地阻止地震时预制板的脱落。现场施工时不能手工抹制,一般采用支模浇筑或喷射混凝土的方法进行施工,施工工艺较为复杂,且混凝土及钢筋的用量较大、加固费用较高。
  2、钢筋网水泥砂浆面层
  该加固方法首先去除原墙面的抹灰层并在墙体的一侧或两侧布置钢筋网,而后涂抹一定厚度的水泥砂浆,从而提高原墙体的抗剪承载力。一般使用此法加固后的墙体,其水平抗剪承载力可提高1.04~2.5倍左右,当局部楼层的综合抗震能力指数有欠缺,或房屋的整体抗震能力与规定值相差不大时,可以考虑采用此法进行加固,加固时可只对不满足抗震承载力要求的墙体进行加固且面层可以上下断开。
  使用该法进行加固也可增强原墙体的抗压承载力、抗剪承载力、刚度及变形能力等,但提高的幅度比钢筋混凝土板墙小。此外,由于钢筋网水泥砂浆面层的厚度较小,现场施工时水泥砂浆可以分层手工抹制,施工工艺简单,且砂浆及钢筋的用量较小、加固费用较低。
  3、外加圈梁―构造柱加固
  该加固方法是在房屋的外围增设构造柱及圈梁,并用钢拉杆代替内墙圈梁,将墙体在水平及竖直方向分割为多个小墙段,以形成对各墙段的有效约束,当房屋的整体抗震能力不足时可以考虑采用此法加固。
  该加固方法对墙体的抗震承载力提高幅度不大,但能大大提高墙体的延性和变形能力,推迟墙体裂缝的出现,增强结构的稳定性,是防止地震作用时房屋瞬间倒塌的重要措施。但是此法施工工艺较为复杂、技术要求性高,外加构造柱、圈梁均需支模浇筑并需要与原墙体形成可靠连接,若处理不好,非但起不到抗震加固的效果,反而会对原墙体造成削弱,且加固后对原房屋的立面影响较大。
  五.总结
  目前,砖混结构中小学校舍在我国还有很多存量,加强既有砖混结构中小学校舍工程抗震鉴定与加固具有重要意义,是一项政治任务和民生任务。在砖混结构中小学校舍抗震鉴定与加固过程中,要结合工程具体实际情况,科学使用鉴定与加固方法。
