今天下午2点多在浙江大学第二附属大学做的包皮手术。术后出现头晕恶心现象。休息后恢复。回到家后（5点多）自己换了下纱布 用吹风机吹干的。晚饭开始出现剧痛。疼痛部位在阴茎根部 睾丸部位。吃了止痛片还是疼的要命！ 请问正常吗！怎么办
