什么是筋缩？
在医学古籍中，古人将筋症分为筋断、筋走、筋弛、筋强、筋挛、筋萎、筋胀、筋翻及筋缩等，筋缩是其中之一，但其涵义和解释并不清楚，对于这些病症的临床记载并不多，中外医学书籍亦难找到详细的论述。筋是中医的旧称，西医统称为肌腱、韧带、腱膜等；缩，有收缩和痉挛的意思。简单来说，筋缩就是筋的缩短，因而令活动受限。每个人身上都有一条大筋，从颈部开始引向背部，经腰、大腿、小腿、脚跟至脚心。解剖学里没有提及这条大筋，它就像经络穴位，并无有形的位置，但当你接受治疗时，就体会到这条筋的存在。}
