1. 现在分词做状语，后面是修饰前面所说的不同，而前面的不同是主动导致后面的结果，所以是现在分词，making。
2. 句意为在中国，全国报，人民日报可以卖出百万份，不过本地的报纸也可以卖出这么多。由于卖出的份数是可数的，所以选A。

第一题，词组结构是？
第二题，为什么要用that，what为什么不行；
第三题，A为什么不行，为什么时候表示被动是直接用动词的过去分词形式，而不用加be动词来表示被动，什么时候要用be动词表示被动；
第四题，为什么是wasn't，我选了个D
希望尤其第二三四题能很详细，因为我这个一直不太清楚。。。别人跟我也不太讲的清楚。。。。

1. devote sth. to doing sth. 把……献给做某事
2. 因为这题是强调句的句型，是it is/was....that的用法。
3. 你注意这里不是分词做状语，而是动名词做主语，由于本句是一句句子，后面没有主句，所以才用动名词做主语，只有当后面有主句，前面是分词做状语时，才可以直接用过去分词做状语，表被动。
4. there be的反义疑问句用isn't/wasn't/aren't/weren't there，这里的must have been实际上是对过去的推测，所以时态是过去式。另外A应该是wasn't there吧。

因为前面没有地点啊，所以这是状语从句，你看从句前面没有名词，所以不能用in which啊，in which是跟在名词后面做定语从句的。
