How To Fix Hellsound Dreams (updated)
Don't post comment about mod starting issues until you try those steps:
1. To make Hellsound work on Steam DELETE file "surfaceproperties_manifest.txt" from: "hellsound\Scripts\" FOLDER (full path name: "steam\steamapps\sourcemods\hellsound\scripts").
This will prevent crashing on startup.
2. Install Source SDK base 2007 from tools tab. It's a HL2/EP1/EP2 content that allows you to play Hellsound without owning any of Half Life 2 series game.
3. Have fun!
Is final version of Hellsound Dreams will be released? Without help it's hard to make a fully-functional mod with story and custom content.
Hellsound Dreams (Beta version) Language (English only) Patch.
Fixed tips & text on-screen and textures.
New download link (Gamebanana) for those who don't have an account on ModDB, and have a problem with downloading file from Gamefront.
Finally Hellsound Dreams has been released! This version include chapters from 1-4. This is beta version and it's a little buggy. But playable of course!
