央视统一频道台标换新衣 网友：怎还有英文缩写
新台标为“英语缩写+数字+中文标识”新年新气象，2011年的第一天，很多观众都发现了央视各个频道的新变化：除CCTVNEWS外，央视各台的台标有了统一的写法，在原有的“CCTV+数字”的台标下，附上了该频道的中文名称。新年变化各频道统一台标日，央视各频道发生了“小变化”，目前能在国内正常收看到的央视16个频道 (高清和外语等频道除外)分别为CCTV1综合、CCTV2财经、CCTV3综艺、CCTV4中文国际、CCTV5体育、CCTV6、CCTV7军事农业、CCTV8电视剧、CCTV9纪录、CCTV10科教、CCTV11戏曲、CCTV12社会与法、CCTV13新闻、CCTV14少儿、CCTV15音乐、CCTVNEWS。在台标的设计上，除了CCTVNEWS英语频道外，其他频道的台标统一更换成“英语缩写+数字+中文标识”，频道号码在上，频道名称在下。观众认可统一台标容易记此前，央视“CCTV”之下的频道共有20个，台标以4种形式并存。虽然都有CCTV，但有的后面跟数字，例如CCTV1；有的后面则是跟汉字，如CCTV新闻、CCTV少儿；也有英文汉字数字混用的CCTV2财经频道；阿拉伯语、俄语等频道采用“英文+外文”形式。虽然观众都知道这是央视的频道，但如此不统一，依然让人觉得有点混淆。“CCTV1与央视综合频道”、“CCTV3和央视文艺频道”、“CCTV10和科教频道”，在各种场合下被交替使用，媒体报道时也常常混指，令不少观众和读者感到疑惑。在北京奥运会期间，“CCTV5”从“CCTV奥运频道”到“CCTV体育频道”，频道名更是不停更换。西安47岁的陈女士昨日告诉记者，她也发现了央视新台标的变化，“这样统一当然好多了，以前看了一个节目给别人推荐，对方问我是什么频道，我只能记得是几套，让人总搞不清楚，现在统一了，直接说数字就行了，容易记多了。”网友疑问为何还有英文缩写其实在教育部颁布的《中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字法》中，提出关于“广播、电影、电视用语用字，应当以国家通用语言文字为基本的用语用字”的规定后，央视的中英、阿拉伯数字混杂的台标，就一度成为大众热议的焦点。此番央视统一新台标，但深入人心的CCTV依然存在，就有很多网友质疑依然不符合规定。网友“雪中飘零”跟帖留言称：“之前《中华人民共和国国家通用语言文字法》中，不是说不能用英文缩写了吗，不能说、MTV不能讲，为什么CCTV依然存在？”记者昨日致电央视总编室，对方表示负责人轮休中，她无法回应这个问题。随后记者又联系到央视的一位记者，对方表示大家对“办法”规定有误解，“那个规定里说的英文缩写不能用，是仅限播报新闻的时候，因为怕观众听不懂缩写，所以要求用全称。至于台标，我的印象中没有规定不能用缩写。”
