男子与人赌气吞下10厘米刀片后安然无恙(图)

　　如果不是亲眼看见3DCT片，谁会相信，吞下10厘米长的裁纸刀片，人还能活着！可奇迹真的发生了，吞刀片的人就站在中国医科大学附属第一医院耳鼻喉科的诊室里。
　　昨日，主治医生赵宁向沈阳晚报、沈阳网记者证实，经过手术，他们已为吞刀片的男子取出了裁纸刀片，刀片足有10厘米长，刀刃部位还套着个剖开一半的圆珠笔芯。目前，吞刀片男子和家属已离开医院。至于他为何吞刀片，其家人不愿多讲，据说是和人赌气才吞的。
　　稍一用力人指定没命
　　“太吓人了！”讲起这个病例，赵宁直言，这个急诊患者着实吓人一跳。据他回忆，吞刀片患者是名40多岁的男子，来时一直不说话，衣着凌乱，自称是他亲戚的人一直搀扶其站在医生面前。当时，该男子已经呼吸急促了。
　　男子的亲戚说，家人早上发现其精神有些恍惚，之后，他一整天都站着。刚开始大家不知道他吞了刀片，还让其坐下，等下午才知道实情。“不能坐，坐下喘不上来气，再说，那么长的刀片还不得把肠子和血管扎漏啊。”很快，检查结果出来了，在一张X光的正位片上，一根条形状、亮度极高的异物扎在其胸骨后面。其亲戚说，这应该是裁纸刀片。
　　“图像很清晰，可以很肯定地确认，刀片就卡在食道的狭窄处。”赵宁说，当时，大家很担心，如果情况真像其家人说的那样，那么锋利的刀片多待一分钟，危险就增一分。“食道跟气管挨着，旁边还是胸主动脉，如果吞刀片的男子稍一用力，或者动作不顺，刀尖很可能就划开周围的组织器官了。胸主动脉有成人大拇指粗细，止血抢救根本来不及，人指定没命。”
　　下回生气他不吞刀片了
　　此时，3D重建的CT片出结果了，这回看得更加清晰，就是明晃晃的刀片。此时，耳鼻喉科副主任郭星组织大家研究治疗方案。一是开胸取刀片，二是从嘴里下食道镜和异物钳，把刀片捞出来。考虑到第一种方法手术时间长，男子的体能无法支撑这台大手术，他们果断的启动第二套方案。“手术风险可想而知，刀片一旦割到食道壁，血就会喷涌而出。”于是，郭星亲自上阵。赵宁说，他们在食道镜上的可视系统配合下，先将异物钳深入到食道内，待缓慢下到20多厘米深的时候，郭星停下来，然后调整一下姿势，并夹住了刀片上端的中间部位，然后往外拽，直到从嘴里捞出来。大家注意到，刀片上还套着一个剖开一半的圆珠笔芯。这会儿，吞刀片男子吱声了，“下回再生气，不吞刀片了。”
　　刀片在食道里待一天竟然没出意外，分析原因，赵宁认为，“多亏了这个圆珠笔芯，护住了刀刃。要不然，刀片在食道里待不了一天，早出意外了。”之后，吞刀片男子和亲戚便离开了医院。
