波士顿大学因为地理位置的优越性和在美国的知名度成为大多数留美学子的首选，不过大家要对大都会学院留些神。
波士顿大学大都会学院（Boston University’s Metropolitan College -MET）确实有很多极具吸引力的本科学位、硕士学位和证书课程项目（如下表），例如广大申请人热衷的“精算硕士、广告学硕士、金融经济学硕士、艺术管理硕士、项目管理硕士、城市规划硕士”, 但是这些项目均采用夜间授课或者在线形式，请广大学子申请前知悉这一情况，别过去以后感觉有很大的反差，从心理上不能接受。
学校网站有明确指示：Here, learning is accessible to all. Study part-time or full-time in the evening, or take advantage of flexible online and blended formats. 也就是说：很多项目确实可以全日制或非全日制学习，但是通常都是在夜间授课或者在线授课形式。从教育角度来讲，授课质量没有问题，但是这种形式与我们国人传统的教育理念有出入，所以请所有申请这个学校的学子们注意这一情况。如果你不介意这种授课形式，当然可以选择 MET。

Functiebeschrijving在开展自然项目过程中，EMERGO计划由国家科学基金组织（NWO）赞助。代尔夫特理工大学(DUT)与荷兰皇家海域研究机构（NIOZ）的合作旨在更好地了解阻止或减轻潮间坪腐蚀的有效措施。整个项目包含三个子项目：荷兰皇家海域研究机构的博士和博士后及代尔夫特理工大学的博士。NIOZ的项目主要关注对这些措施的生态反应。而DUT的项目旨在提高我们对地貌反应的理解。此子项目涵盖：1）对比荷兰东斯凯尔特河与西斯凯尔特河在潮滩发展及潮间坪措施的差异；2）分析潮滩营养物的发展；3）分析礁结构对周围环境的反应；4）确定减轻潮滩腐蚀的措施纲领。我们将利用长期收集的关于东斯凯尔特河与西斯凯尔特河的数据资料。此外，有关营养物（Galgeplaat和Oesterdam）和人造牡蛎礁(Viane,De Val 和Oesterdam)的试验将得到监控。具体来说，我们将利用遥控的机械装置和地面镭射扫描仪绘制出高分辨率的海洋深测地图。最后，我们将基于流程的模型开展详细的数值模拟研究。整个项目需要和Deltares, Svasek Hydraulics, Imares, Rijkswaterstaat, Natuurmonumenten 和世界野生生物基金组织的紧密合作。
Functie-eisen候选人已获得水力工程，生态科学或相关领域硕士学位。有潮汐，波浪及形态动力学学习背景者优先。候选人应：1）对基础理论研究有浓厚的兴趣，并能理论联系实际；2）有能力在东斯凯尔特河和西斯凯尔特河进行现场作业；3）能利用类似Matlab的程序包分析大量数据；4）在数值模型方面有扎实的基本功。此外，在这个跨学科的研究项目中，良好的沟通能力及开放合作的态度也是必须的。候选人应具备出色的英语口语与写作能力。

波士顿大学因为地理位置的优越性和在美国的知名度成为大多数留美学子的首选，不过大家要对大都会学院留些神。
波士顿大学大都会学院（Boston University’s Metropolitan College -MET）确实有很多极具吸引力的本科学位、硕士学位和证书课程项目（如下表），例如广大申请人热衷的“精算硕士、广告学硕士、金融经济学硕士、艺术管理硕士、项目管理硕士、城市规划硕士”, 但是这些项目均采用夜间授课或者在线形式，请广大学子申请前知悉这一情况，别过去以后感觉有很大的反差，从心理上不能接受。
学校网站有明确指示：Here, learning is accessible to all. Study part-time or full-time in the evening, or take advantage of flexible online and blended formats. 也就是说：很多项目确实可以全日制或非全日制学习，但是通常都是在夜间授课或者在线授课形式。从教育角度来讲，授课质量没有问题，但是这种形式与我们国人传统的教育理念有出入，所以请所有申请这个学校的学子们注意这一情况。如果你不介意这种授课形式，当然可以选择 MET。
