请大家帮我翻译一下什么意思，自己翻译的不确定

2.& && & ON THE B/LTHE FOLLOWING SENTENCE&&&THE GOODS ARE TRANSIT UP TO PRIVATE FREE ZONE , 6 OF OCTOBER CITY,GIZA,EGYPT.
如题，请大家帮我翻译一下？
还有一个问题是现在埃及这边还没有跟我说具体的港口或者是目的地，但是SC都已经确定了，双方已经回签，SC上面写的地址是GIZA,EGYPT，但是货代说这个是省份，不可以的，要具体的港口信息？
请教各位大神应该怎么解决？？谢谢各位大神

1- 清关资料上显示客户的抬头。这点正常操作
2.提单货描处可以打上&THE GOODS ARE TRANSIT UP TO PRIVATE FREE ZONE , 6 OF OCTOBER CITY,GIZA,EGYPT“ ，具体港口信息正常显示。你做的是FOB 吗？ 如果是 这条应该是你客户跟目的港代理谈好的，显示在提单上主要是以防万一。跟货代确认清楚，客户要这么显示，让他去跟代理确认即可。

这个我不知道唉，我们公司第一次做外贸，所有的情况都不是很懂的，要做检疫报告的吗？
We need the product in pallet and the pallet arriving to Egypt must bare a fumigation stamp on them.客人说要贴个熏蒸邮票什么的，但是我们经理说我们的托盘上有个熏蒸的标志的，请问这个是一样的吗？

问题是目的港还没有确认，已经和客人确认SC了，好无语啊，以前没做过外贸，伤不起啊，怎么办呢？我一直问客人货代的联系方式，客户都不说的，烦死了
