法国人总是打孩子屁股 这回惹出事了！
法国人是多喜欢打孩子屁股啊！其实在法国，80%的人声称自己在小时候被父母打过屁股。（天朝90%以上吗&&？我看行！）
可是社会是不断发展滴！一方面人权上的保护正在各个方面得以落实，另一方面传统的教育方法也正在被人们从新反省。于是这回，法国就被欧洲委员（Conseil de l'Europe）会盯上了！
相关法案规定：国家应该& prot&ger les enfants et les adolescents contre la n&gligence, la violence ou l&exploitation &（保护青少年儿童，使其免于缺乏看护或者不正当剥夺）。
欧洲委员的裁决一出，法国国内便展开了一项调查，可内容显示：只有30%的人们认为国家确立关于体罚行为的惩罚规定是有必要的。
有意思的是，右派人士更讨厌这个裁决：
极右翼政党民族阵线（Front National）的支持者中，高达79%的人表示了对裁决的反对。
另一右翼政党人民运动联盟（UMP）的支持者中，也有74%的人不认同裁决。
就连左翼社会党（PS）也有64%的人对裁决不满意。
