Technical:
1. Please submit, as part of the covering letter with the manuscript, the names, and affiliation and email addresses of four potential Referees. Appropriate Referees should have no close connection with any of the authors. In addition, Referees should be from institutions other than those of any of the Authors.
2. Captions should be provided separately.

coverletter这个很私人，你还是别乱发吧。
而且 coverletter是投稿人写给编辑的信，内容可以自己调整的，你想告诉编辑哪些内容就写哪些。
我们一般包括以下6项内容：
1.& & & & Manuscript title 2.& & & & Manuscript type: Full paper 3.& & & & Corresponding Author:
4.& & & & Submitter: 5.& & & & Potential reviewers suggested:&&6.& & & & Significance of this manuscript:
像你说的里面不涉及这个内容，那你完全可以自己添加一项，然后把信息写进去。
