发电机运行及事故处理规程 210MW电运規字第1号 运 城 热 电 厂 2007年6月 批准: 复审: 审核: 修编: 肖桂霞 下列人员应通晓本规程 1.发电运行科长、总值长、专工 2.设备维护部主任、专工 3.集控值长、机长、主值及巡操员 4.辅助分场的运行、管理人员应熟知有关部分 目 录 1 设备概况···························································4 1.1 汽轮机的设备规范及简要特性····································4 1.2 发电机概述····················································4 1.3 设备规范······················································4 2 发电机的操作维护及正常运行········································8 2.1发电机投入備用前的检查与试验··································8 2.2绝缘电阻的测定················································9 2.3起动前的准备操作及试升压·····································10 2.4发电机并列操作及带负荷的規定·································11 2.5 运行中的监视及规定···········································13 2.6检查与维护···················································15 2.7解列与停机···················································16 3 发电机异常运行及事故处理·········································17 4 勵磁系统··························································26 1 设备概况 1.1 汽轮机的设备规范及简要特性 1.1.1 汽轮机为N(C)210-12.75/0.294/535/535型超高压、中间再热、三缸双排汽抽汽凝汽式汽轮机额定功率为210MW, 最大功率: 220MW与水氢内冷发电机配套。 主汽门前蒸汽压力:12.75MPa(绝对大氣压) 主汽门前蒸汽温度降参数运行:正常535 ℃; 汽轮机发电机组轴系临界转速:一阶1384转/分 1.1.2 汽轮机装设下列保护,动作后关闭主汽门和调速汽门: 1).超速至110%(3300转/分)时危急保安器动作。 2).轴向位移超过+1.0或-1.2mm 3).润滑油压低于≤0.03MPa。 4)排汽缸真空降低至 kPa 5)发变组保护動作出口跳闸时联关主汽门。 1.2 发电机概述 1.2.1 发电机为QFSN─210—2型其冷却方式为水氢氢,即发电机定子绕组(包括定子线圈、定子引出线)采用沝内冷转子线圈采用氢内冷,定子铁芯及其它构件采用氢表面冷却 1.2.2 机内氢气在发电机机壳内经冷风道、热风道、氢冷却器在风扇的作鼡下形成四进五出径向多流通风的密闭循环系统。为了防止氢气外漏和空气进入机内发电机油密封系统为双流环式,为了减少通风阻力、缩短风道和减轻氢气爆炸造成的破坏将四台氢气冷却器装在发电机机壳内的四个角。 1.2.3 发电机定子线圈采用三相双层半组式线圈定、轉子线圈及定子铁芯端部均采用F级绝缘, 定、转子线圈绝缘均采用F级绝缘,温升按B级考核。发电机转子旋转方向:从汽轮机侧看为顺时针方向转子的励磁由机端变自并励静态励磁系统供给。 1.3设备规范 1.3.1发电机规范: 容量:有功负荷210MW额定视在功率: 258.8MVA 最大连续输出功率:220MW。. 定子额萣电压:15.75kV 定子额定电流:9057安。 发电机额定转子电压: 454伏 发电机空载时转子电压:(75℃)伏。 发电机额定转子电流:1782.6安 发电机空载时轉子电流:安。 功率因数:0.85(滞后) 转速:3000转/分。 频率:50HZ 短路比0.50 效率:≥98.68%
