c3s和β-c2s单矿物在水蒸气中的水化

研究了水泥熟料单矿物c3s、β-c2s分别在20℃和40℃水蒸气中的水化情况，气相相对湿度分别为99%、97.5%和95%。结果表明：c3s在气相中水化能力比较弱，在高相对湿度(?>97.5%)气相中能逐步水化；提高气相温度后，c3s水化速度明显加快;但在低相对湿度(?=95%)气相中，c3s水化速度非常慢。β-c2s在气相中水化能力很弱。

This paper describes the results of a study on the effects of hydrochloric acid, calcium chloride and sodium sulfate solutions on the hydration products of β-C2S. The effects were studied by means of chemical, thermal and X-ray analysis. Moreover scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used. The hydration products were decomposed relatively quickly by the HCl solution, but were more resistant to the action of CaCl2 and Na2SO4 solutions. The significance of these results for the resistance in aggressive media ofhelitic cement based materials is considered and evaluated. The hydration products of β-C2S are a significant component of the cement matrix of such materials, and therefore very important for the durability of materials based on belite cements.Do you want to read the rest of this article?Request full-text
