unintentional lawbreakers is far from rational, especially when taking the
teenagers’ immature mentality into account. Virtually, appropriate punishment is
commendable, to motivate those juvenile offenders to serve the community or

lawbreakers is far from rational, especially when taking the teenagers’ immature
