待遇主要看工作的地点和个人能力，以后有工作经验了是可以脱离代码的，成为管理者。程序员是要经常加班，但是也根据不同的公司习惯，相比其他行业的话待遇还算可以，当然肯定不能一辈子当程序员啊学习Java还是挺好的，现在做web 项目是很常用的开发语言
