摘要：随着经济的发展，城市化的进程日益加快，交通拥堵问题已经逐渐成为影
响社会进步、经济推进、城市发展和居民出行的主要因素。在解决问题的过程中
人们已经逐渐意识到大力优先发展公共交通的重要性，作为主要的公共交通运输
方式，保证城市轨道交通和地面公交的协同运输和有效接驳不仅能充分发挥两种
公共运输方式的优势，更能提高公共交通的服务效率，使乘客出行更加便捷，从
而提高公共交通在居民出行中的所占比例，进而从交通需求管理的源头上改变出
行的无序增长，缓解城市交通拥堵，推动城市快速发展。
本文研究城市轨道交通与地面公交行车计划协同编制方法的目的即是通过确
定两种不同的交通方式在协同运营情况下的行车计划，主要工作为协同运行时刻
表的编制，实现城市轨道交通与地面公交的协同运营和有效衔接。为有效研究协
同运行时刻表的编制问题，本文从城轨与常规地面公交以及市郊轨道与社区公交
协同接驳两部分展开并建立协同运营模型。
本文首先对国内外在该方面的研究现状进行了综述，并对城轨与地面公交协
同问题的相关概念做了深入分析。
其次，在前文的研究基础上，本文充分考虑了城市轨道交通与普通地面公交
协同运营的影响因素，为实现城市轨道交通与普通地面公交协同运营，建立了以
运营商、乘客出行、社会成本三方面成本最小化为目标的行车计划协同编制模型。
并根据模型的特性，设计了基于非线性寻优的遗传算法的求解过程，之后通过算
例对模型进行了分析，结果表明该协同运营模型能有效地降低系统的成本并有效
降低了乘客出行成本和社会成本。
第三，在基于城轨与普通地面公交协同模型研究的基础上，考虑到市郊轨道
交通与社区公交接驳的固有特性和影响因素，建立了针对市郊轨道与社区公交的
客流无缝换乘接驳行车计划协同编制模型，并采用算例进行算法的分析详解。
最后论文作者从实际科研项目出发，针对北京市天通苑社区公交与北京地铁5
号线接驳的具体情况，基于实际调研和既有的采集数据，对市郊轨道与社区公交
的行车计划协同编制模型进行了实例验证分析。实例证明，该模型在解决社区公
交和市郊轨道交通协同运输方面是合理有效的。
本文的研究表明，城市轨道交通与地面公交的行车计划协同编制理论及方法，
能够在基于实际的公共交通运营线网条件下，优化系统成本，提高服务质量，为
公共交通系统的发展提供了良好的理论依据和应用方法。
