Final Provisions
11.1.This Contract shall enter into force and become effective after the Seller receives the 30% down payment of this Contract from the Buyer under Article 5.1 above. All the obligations of the Buyer under this Contract shall be conditional on making the down payment under Article 5.1 of this Contract. In the event that such down payment is not made, then this Contract shall be rendered void, without penalty or cost to the Buyer.
11.2.This Contract is made in English and Russian languages in two originals, one of each versions shall be for the Seller and one for the Buyer. In the event of any contradiction, the English version shall prevail.
11.3.Any changes to this Contract shall be made only by mutual written agreement of both Parties.
11.4.The Buyer shall be entitled to terminate this Contract at any time without penalty to Buyer if the Seller is in delay of its delivery obligations under this Contract for the period of time longer than 60 (sixty) calendar days and has not remedied such failure within 14 calendar days from the Buyer’s respective written notice. In the event of such termination of this Contract, Seller shall return to Buyer any advance payment (including down payments under Articles 5.1) received from Buyer under this Contract.
11.5.Neither Party shall have the right to transfer rights and obligations arising under this Contract to third parties without the prior written approval of the other Party.
11.6.If an amicable solution cannot be achieved by the Parties to resolve any dispute, the Parties agreed that all disputes that could result from this Contract or in connection therewith shall be finally settled by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in accordance with its rules, by three arbiters appointed in compliance with said rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The law governing this Contract shall be Chinese law.
11.7.The following Appendices shall be integral parts of this Contract:
Appendix 1 –Technical Specifications of Goods and Services and Test Run G
Appendix 2 – Price Specifications of the Goods and Services.
In case of any contradiction or inconsistency between the main body of this Contract and its Appendices, then the text of the main body shall prevail.
11.8.This Contract, upon signing, shall supersede any previous correspondence and agreements of the Parties.

11.6。如果不能以一个友好的方案解决两方产生的任何争端，不能由缔约方实现以解决，双方同意所有由该合同引起的争端或其有关的问题，最终交由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）派遣三名仲裁员按照合同规则来裁决。仲裁语言为英语。管辖本合同法律为中国法律。
11.7。以下附录是本合同的不可缺少的内容：
附录一，商品和服务的技术规格及试测运转保证;
附录2 - 商品和服务价格规则。
如本合同主体部分与附件有任何矛盾或不一致，以主体为准。
11.8。合同一经签订，应取代任何以往缔约方来往信函和协定。

最近g400s出问题 ，售后直接给换了一个全新的g402，但是在玩射击游戏的时候总感觉移动起来不流畅，不知道是不是这个不适合玩cs以及cf这类游戏，驱动我是调的&&125hz 400 . 总体感觉点射没有g400s以及微软的io1.1准。请问有解决办法吗？
