形容词当动词和名词用，在律诗对仗联中的“规则”。
王力先生在《诗词格律》一书里说到了形容词和名词当动词用的两个例子。如果加上形容词当名词用那就有三种词性替代的用法了。在格律诗词的对仗句里因为有词性相同对应的要求，情况会怎么样呢？下面分别来讨论一下。
1，形容词当动词用是可以直接用的。类似“实字对”。杜甫的“草木变衰行剑外，兵戈阻绝老江边”里的“老”字指“变老”就是形容词当动词。动词“行”直接对形容词“老”。再如笔者想出来的“驭马得天下，佳容悦驾前”。形容词“佳”是“打扮”的更漂亮的意思，和动词“驭”对应，“悦”是“取悦”的意思和“得”对应。动词和形容词是补语的关系，所以形容词当动词是“联动”的关系。
2，毛泽东的“粪土当年万户侯”里的“粪土”意为“视如粪土”是名词当动词用。如果要为这一句诗对仗，和名词“粪土”对应的也要名词当动词用才算对的好。可以这么对“春风今日千家业，粪土当年万户侯”。春风当“沐浴”春风讲，当动词用。这个对子可以这么解释：侯是贵族的爵位，有爵位的一般都有官位。没有实权也要弄个虚职装装门面。比如《红楼梦》里面的秦可卿死了，她的丈夫贾蓉买了个“龙禁尉”以显得“封妻荫子”而“风光些”。当官也是职业，所以“侯爷”的“官业”可以和“农业”“手工业”“渔业”“副业”对的上。毛主席写这首诗的时候中国面临的是“土地革命”的问题。那么“万户侯”指的就是“土豪劣绅”了。“粪土”不仅仅是鄙视还有打倒“扫”进历史垃圾堆的意思。就是“扫除”了土豪劣绅，千家百业“沐浴”春风枝繁叶茂。我想在下或许对的还是不错的。名词当动词用上下联“要用都用”才算对的好。动词名词是谓语宾语的关系也属于“联动”的关系。如果你对“牛羊今日千家业，粪土当年万户侯”，虽然对的很工整，但不是谓语宾语关系，是主语宾语关系：牛羊即畜牧业是今日千家业，牛羊没有当动词用所以明显是对不上的。
3，那形容词和名词对，而且名词还当动词用。这样行不行呢？笔者认为是可以的。还是以“春风今日千家业，粪土当年万户侯”为例。蓬勃的春风是可以说的通的。蓬勃代表春风试试看。“蓬勃今日千家业，粪土当年万户侯”。还不错。但是还是有一点生硬。为什么呢？因为蓬勃代表春风，春风代表沐浴不是“联动”的关系，是“联想”的关系。“关系远了”自然就显得“生疏”。好在七律有两个对仗联。两联都这么写，就好比“亲戚朋友”多几个人“经常聚聚”就显得亲密了。
蓬勃今日千家业，粪土当年万户侯。
烂漫山前新树冠，红星马上后生头。
新树上花“开”的烂漫，红星“戴”在参加红军的后生的头上。比较和谐了吧。综上所述：
一，形容词当动词用可以直接对。草木变衰行剑外，兵戈阻绝老江边
驭马得天下，佳容悦驾前。
二，名词当动词上下联“要用都用”。春风今日千家业，粪土当年万户侯。
三，形容词当名词再当动词要“两联互动”。
蓬勃今日千家业，粪土当年万户侯。

这是平行对应。蓬勃烂漫都在句首。也可以交叉对应。

”院阔庭高称小筑，文吟贾贺谓清宅。”有网友说“合掌”了。在下觉得没有合掌。一个说房子的大小，一个说宾客的喧嚣。虽然都和房子有关但是“横看成岭侧成峰，远近高低各不同”。房子也可以从不同的侧面看的。还有的网友说“院阔庭高”和“文吟贾贺”没对上。阔高和吟贺是形容词对动词。笔者认为朋友换了大别墅，院子“变”大了门庭“变”高了，居住条件“变”好了，和杜甫的“草木变衰行剑外，兵戈阻绝老江边”的“变”老了不都是变吗？按形容词当动词用可以直接对的原则应该是对上了。
既然粪土一词当动词用。那干脆动词和名词直接对行不行呢？“开发今日千家业，粪土当年万户侯”。不行。因为名词和动词都是“实词”。实词是基础性的词汇。形容词是从实词抽象出来的。抽象的可以“包容”“具体”的。而名词和动词之间只有关联性没有包容性。所以名词当动词可以在一句里用于关联。而两句对仗是要包容的，哪怕是反义词也是说的“一个话题”。所以实词对仗一定要词性一致。名词对名词，动词对动词。否则就失去对仗的意义了。
