　　肾结石的护理要点　　1、出现恶心呕吐者应及时就诊，按医嘱补液，注意电解质平衡。　　2、多饮水，至少每日饮水ml，除白天大量饮水外，睡前也需饮水500ml,睡眠中起床排尿后再饮水200ml。　　3、增加体育活动，如跳跃等使结石易排出。　　4、适当调节，可以预防结石的再生。含钙结石患者应少吃等含钙高的饮食，草酸盐结石患者应少吃、马铃薯、和浓茶等。磷酸盐结石患者宜用低磷、低钙饮食，并口服氯化胺使尿液酸化。尿酸盐结石患者应少吃含嘌呤的食物，如动物内脏、肉类及豆类，口服碳酸氢钠使尿液碱化，亦利于尿酸盐结石的溶解。　　5、对于体内初有结石者，坚持每天吃上1--2次，一般疼痛、呕吐、恶心等症状可在2--4天内缓解，结石能在10天左右消失。因为黑含有一种特殊物质，能促进消化道与泌尿道各种腺体的分泌，使结石排出。此外，患者还应定期到医院检查，观察结石的&动向&。
