改错题的格式是什么样的？做改错题时总是因为格式不规范被扣分？请多多指教。
1、当有错词时，先在错的那个词上添加下划线，然后就在后面的横线上把正确的词写出来。
2、当需要增添词时，先在原文上打一个增添符号，然后把要增添的词填写在后面的横线上。
3、当要删去词时，先在原文上把要删去的词划掉，记住一定要由左上方向右下方划斜线，再把要删去的词填写在后面的横线上，在填再横线上时，也要由左上方向右下方划斜线。
